  I never review businesses, but my experience working with Carlos has been so phenomenal that I am reviewing here. I want to emphasize how much I sincerely appreciate him and how awesome he has been throughout this process. He responded very quickly to messages, worked late into the night with me, was flexible when I made a mistake with the date during the application, and even sent me a photo of the WiFi speed when I requested him to do one. Most importantly he is a phenomenal communicator and has made this complex process seamless. He reminds me more of a relative helping me through a big move than a man running a business, and I respect him so much for this. You genuinely will never find this level of communication and care from someone anywhere else. Also, aside from Carlos, the property is gorgeous and well maintained, it is gated, he cares deeply about the safety of his tenants, and it’s pretty close by to anywhere you would need to go in West Reading. Also there are no hidden fees like I experienced touring other properties. The monthly number quoted to me was exactly the same as the website, which was much more affordable than other properties in the area. If you are at all considering moving here, I’d advise you to drop by the leasing office in person and get a quick tour. You’ll see what I mean!

  The apartment parking lot is always clean and free of trash. There are ample parking spaces. If there is ever a problem it is addressed immediately. The lobby of the apartment building is cleaned weekly.

  Been living here for many years now. Carlos is very attentive and responsive to any issues. Staff he keeps around are the nicest people you could ever meet. I'm sad to read so many negative reviews after what's possibly the worst winter storm this area has seen in decades. Management can only do so much with the amount of snow we've seen this year.

  Beautiful place to live , everything is VERY well maintained, it’s quiet and peaceful. Carlos the propert manger is the man, seriously this guy cares, he takes care of any issues you have & he responds right away.
