  Love it here it’s always quiet! They always come and get everything fixed right away no need to call 500 time for the same thing! The maintenance people are also so nice! It’s a nice area and I would highly recommend Carsonia manor!

  I have lived here for almost a year now. The first thing that is amazing is the staff! The maintenance man, Mike is the greatest I've ever dealt with! Maria the cleaning women is so nice and does a wonderful job. The office manager, Noemi is probably the most professional and friendly manager I've dealt with as well. The apartments are great and spacious as well reasonably priced. Moving here was one of the best decisions in my life and I'm super happy that I did!

  Living here has been an absolute blessing, The property manager Noemi is great at what she does, she is super professional and very thorough when it comes to upkeep of the rentals. She is always available when I need something and if something is wrong maintenance comes almost immediately. Mike is the maintenance guy here and he is always kind and very respectful of coming into my apartment to fix or check any of the issues I may have. My dryer would not start a while back and when I called Noemi she sent Mike over right away, Mike had mentioned that if he could not fix my dryer it would be replaced and I had a new working dryer within an hour which was absolutely amazing considering I was trying to dry work clothes for the next day. If you are going to rent anywhere in this area I highly recommend Carsonia Manor Apartments you won't find a better home or safer community than this around Reading.

  I would highly recommend these apartments. My mother moved there some time ago. And with the help of Noemi and the professional staff, I feel good knowing that my mom lives in a safe and pleasant place with such professional and helpful staff.
