  My daughter just graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, and when I asked her what she would miss most about her time at Pitt, she immediately said her friends and living at the Church at McKee Place. That really says it all. As a parent, what stood out to me the most was Kristen’s competency — she answered every question easily and quickly, which made the entire experience stress-free and so much smoother for us.

  I had to call the leasing office today and the lady I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. She was polite, patient, and very helpful, and she took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s so nice to talk to someone who genuinely cares and wants to help. This call really made my day and left a great impression of the community. Thank you for such great customer service!

  I've been with Walnut Capital for two years now and I couldn't recommend a better leasing company! The landlords are extremely responsive. Any time my apartment requires maintenance, someone is almost always in the next day to fix whatever is needed.
