  This is a great place: The furniture in the hallways and entrance areas appears thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. The building were completed only about four years ago, so everything feels new. The room layout is sensible, and the lighting is bright and warm, which actually makes the space feel cleaner and more inviting compared to other apartments. The elevators, trash chutes, HVAC systems, and plumbing all seem to be in good condition, with very few issues. Soundproofing is also effective. Noise is audible only when neighbors are moving furniture, hosting guests, or when someone is right outside the door. The only real headache is package delivery; about 10% of my packages end up going missing. Packages left in the garage are safe, but those left at the doorstep can disappear if they aren't picked up within half a day.

  We moved into The Julian in January and honestly, it has exceeded every expectation. From day one, this place has felt less like an apartment and more like a home, and so much of that comes down to the quality of both the building and the people behind it. The apartments themselves are absolutely stunning. Everything is brand new such as the sleek countertops, modern fixtures, and beautifully designed kitchen make everyday living feel elevated. But the real game-changer? The in-unit washer and dryer. It sounds simple, but it genuinely transforms your routine in the best way. The entire complex has this effortless luxury feel! It’s clean, well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and the kind of place you’re proud to come home to. Our leasing agent, Madeline, truly deserves her own paragraph. She was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly communicative, always responsive, always clear, and never left us guessing about next steps. She took the time to actually listen to what we were looking for, answered every question with patience and detail, and made what can be a stressful process feel completely seamless. She’s professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure her residents are happy. If you’re considering The Julian, ask for Madeline! You won’t regret it. Maintenance has also been a really pleasant surprise. Anytime something comes up, it gets handled fast and without any hassle. “T” on the maintenance team is the absolute sweetest! She is always so friendly and genuinely takes pride in the work. It’s a small thing but it really does make a difference. And the location is just perfect. Restaurants, shops, schools, grocery stores, hospitals - everything is so close by. It’s one of those areas where you realize how much easier life is when everything is just accessible. Seriously, if you’re looking for a place, come to The Julian. Ask for Madeline. You’ll thank yourself later.

  We have been living here for 3 months so far, and things are going great. Madeline is a very thoughtful manager, she helped us from the beginning to find the best apartment that we would feel comofrtable in. She also plans weekly resident events to help connect everyone with each other, which we really appreciate. The amenities are consistently clean and well-cared for. The gym has all necessary equipment and a yoga room. The garage has plenty of parkings, and the quality of equipment and materials used in the apartments is top notch. Highly recommend living at this place, it has been a great experience for us and other residents that we talk to.

  The Julian is a fun place to live and great luxury apartment. I’ve really enjoyed the weekly events they host like the smores social. Madeline and her team always make it such a fun and homey environment.

  Cannot wait to tour this apartment once it's complete. Madeline was so helpful on the phone!
