- BYBrianna YangaJun 28, 20261.0I applied for an apartment around March and paid the $175 application and administration fee. Around April or May, I checked my application status, and it showed that my application was canceled. I never signed a lease, never moved in, and never received keys. Now I’m receiving phone calls and text messages saying I owe $175 and even have move-out charges. How can I have move-out charges when I never lived there? I’ve also had a difficult time getting anyone to answer the phone or explain these charges. I’m very disappointed with how this has been handled. I would like these incorrect charges removed and a clear explanation regarding my account. I hope management contacts me to resolve this issue.

We had a couple of maintenance issues, and they promptly resolved them within two days. The place is lovely, the neighborhood is fantastic, commuting is easy, and there are numerous services available around the building. The building has been clean, organized, and the move-in process was incredibly smooth. I highly recommend moving in here!
- YUYacobo UzumakiJun 5, 20265.0I love it here! It’s really due to the front office and maintenance especially Rebecca, Dana, and Fernando. Whenever I have a problem either with my lease or a light bulb went out they always solve my problems so quickly. They also just installed a new coffee machine that’s awesome to use before I go to work everyday. I always appreciate how they want to keep improving this place. So happy that I decided to sign here a few months ago, it has been nothing but great experiences so far!
