We moved to Pittsburgh from overseas and couldn’t view the apartment in person before moving in. Kate showed us around in a video call and we found everything exactly as described when we moved in. We are very happy to live here, the apartment is modern and well-designed in order to make the most of the space in the apartment. The amenities (gym, billiards table, …) are well maintained and always clean. The organized get-togethers in the building are also very nice to get to know your neighbours.

I have only been here for 2 months but the building is very pleasant; the apartment is modern and new. I have a studio and work from home some days so I use the shared workspace and other common areas a lot and these spaces are elegant and well maintained. The staff are wonderful and very responsive to all my requests.
UPDATE!! Wise to be sure that you will stay there for the full duration of your lease. If you need to break your lease, you have to give 90 days notice AND pay a buyout of one month's rent. Even if someone could take over your lease before the 90 days is up, they will not allow for it and will not allow for subletting either.

My base rent was $1880. After they added the water and heating with the coolant unit , I ended up paying average $2200. I decided not to renew my lease. I left over 6 months ago and they refused to give me my security deposit even though I left the apartment in great condition.

Hands down the best apartments in downtown Pittsburgh. The units themselves are great, and the management has been exceptional. We toured a majority of the apartments in Pittsburgh, and it always ranked at the top. For future renters - the utilities are a minimal expense each month, and it is clean, safe, and truly pet friendly. We’ve loved our time here!
