  I enjoyed being so close to the city at a fair price point, but I have a terrible phobia of roaches. The building has German roaches!!! Know this before moving in!!!

  Great place to live in. Clean apartments with good space. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion. Laundry in every floor is a plus. They organize several events every month which is nice. Plenty of parking and nice views.

  Living in Nob Hill has been a great experience. The leasing staff is friendly and understanding. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The amenities more than suffice and the location is close to everything. This has been my second year at Nob Hill and I have no complaints thus far.

  I’ve been living here for a year now, and honestly, I have nothing bad to say; the neighbors are friendly, the maintenance team is responsible, everything is always very clean, and help is quick whenever something breaks in your apartment.

  Great place for a family. It accommodates both the elderly and young all while staying luxurious.
