- KBKimberly BowieMay 6, 20261.0The worst place to live in the world they're sneaky very needy and greedy be aware the don't respect Doctor paperwork work the took rent for my animal off but won't give back the security for the Pet those supposed to credit towards the rent i got the paperwork and the lease for the Apt and Pet they're worse place to live well apartments and they workers and manager and owner etc you hear from horse mouth oh one of them offered me 30,000 for my house when it's worth More the other one said I live with you pay rent nope y'all live together before so much I know. This used to be GNC good building back in the day like Jenny Lee Bakery and Candy Rama oh. Remember you asked me to do a review for you when I only live there Not even two weeks so did soon as I did I seen their true colors

Great price, great amenities, and great people (the management team is very welcoming). Also has a world class apartment gym, modern common area, and a nice rooftop. I would suggest taking a tour, this place is legit 👍

All the amenities are brand new, alongside everything in the building. Julia has been an absolute delight to work with, and is extremely knowledgeable of the premises and surrounding area. She is super easy to talk to, and has been there to answer every question I've had, every step of the way! LiveWell is in an amazing location, central to everything you'd need in downtown Pitt. If you're looking for brand-new everything, city views, and a professional and welcoming staff, I can't recommend LiveWell enough!
