  Hi! I like the Location and a Parking Garage at Hampshire House. The Apartment I saw was Big and a Friendly Chair with a Pittsburgh Pillow was a Delight! The Balconies are Amazing and you can really make them Decorative. They have a Get Together Room and lots of Activities and a Pool. You can play Bocci! Stores are across the Street and Rt. 19 is up the Road you can bowl at AMF! I will recommend one thing not to be a snotty potty, but the Elevators and the Lobby just need a Little Love. I mean I cannot afford $1,460.00 I can’t. But for those who can, you got this Building with so many possibilities, a little brightening up with some color can help. Hampshire House has a Beautiful Fireplace with plastic plants. Switch that out for one of those Gorgeous Gas Fireplaces. Pool City in West Mifflin can help find you one. I don’t know if remodeling was taking place and I know coverings for Elevators is needed, but the Elevators just need a little pizzazz. Like maybe a new Floor Tile and Pretty Walls. Elevators need Love too! I will say if you are lucky to afford a Beautiful Apartment Hampshire House I will recommend. I’m glad I toured it and really liked it but the Bank Account said No and I pouted all day. For those of you who want those Newer Apartments I’m going to tell you something. Don’t just go for those Apartments.Older Buildings have Amazing Features newer ones don’t have. Older Apartments have Larger Rooms and more Closets. Go see Hampshire House. You will Love it! For some reason I can’t access my photos so I just have these ones. The Cute Pot you gotta keep! I Loved it and we saw a Little Easter Egg. That was Precious!

  My toilet was leaking and I went to the office and Debbie called maintenance right away and they came pretty fast. They were at another building but it was less than 30 minutes and the maintenance guys are great he knew exactly what it was and fixed it quickly. 😊😊😊

  I am on disability and don’t have section 8 yet so I will not make enough to afford it but it’s a beautiful building
