  I am writing this review to warn others about our experience with Hamilton Place Apartments. During the application process, we were told that our income did not meet the requirements. However, instead of issuing a formal denial, we were informed that we could only move forward if we paid six months of rent in advance. When we declined this condition, the process was effectively halted. We were then told that if we canceled the application, the application fee would not be refunded, but if the application was denied, the fee would be refunded. Despite this, no formal denial was ever issued, and no refund has been processed, even after waiting more than 15 days. We received no email updates or communication during this time. We visited the leasing office in person to request clarification and were told that “nothing could be done” and that contacting accounting was refused. Due to the lack of resolution, law enforcement was contacted. After hearing both sides, the responding officer stated that our position was valid and advised us to pursue the matter through civil rights / civil channels, as this is a civil issue. Throughout this process, we experienced poor communication, inconsistent policies, and unprofessional handling of our application. I strongly encourage anyone considering applying here to be extremely cautious about application fees, denial vs. cancellation policies, and refund procedures.

  I’ve lived in Hamilton Place Apartments for almost 2 years now, and have loved it since before I moved in. The pool, the 24 hour gym, the valet trash, and the immaculate, new Hamilton Park just a walk up the hill, are just the beginning. The units are brand new and clean and maintenance is just a call away. Any problem I’ve ever had in unit was fixed in a timely manner, and Audrey, especially, is a godsend. Staff is wonderful, and always so helpful. The location is perfect, just a few minutes to Uptown Mt. Lebanon, South Hills Village Mall, and downtown. 10/10 would recommend living here!!

  I have lived at Hamilton Place for a little over a month and a half—it has by far been the best apartment complex I have lived in. From the staff, the space, the amenities, and the location, it has all been wonderful. In particular, Amy, Audrey and Brian have been really great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into a space

  I moved out of my house to an apartment at Hamilton Place approximately 2 months ago and I must say that I am really happy with my decision! Amy has been fantastic from the start! She made the process of touring the complex, applying for the apartment and getting all things ready for my move easy and stress-free! She has been quick to respond to questions, extremely accommodating and always asks how things are going to ensure my happiness & comfort. I want to mention Brain and Audrey, too. They are both friendly, respectful, helpful and keep the grounds very clean and well-maintained! I couldn't be happier with my new home! I would certainly recommend Hamilton Place to anyone who is looking for quality apartment living! Now, I just have to wait for summer to make use of the pool!
