  Although my husband and I have had quite a lot of difficulties with the management at the cosmopolitan, Jamie, the facilities manager has been an absolute delight! This past weekend I locked myself out of our apartment and ended up having to call in an emergency maintenance request. Jamie came promptly and was very kind during the whole process. What a great team member from the Cosmopolitan!

  I’ve lived here for four years, but it wasn’t until the RedTail management team took over in 2025 that it truly began to feel like a community. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents have made such a positive difference. It’s refreshing to see a team so committed to creating a welcoming place to live, and I’m excited to see the community continue to thrive.

  When I reported I had a small problem, it was impressive to see that Edward the property manager came up right away to investigate. Th maintenance manager came and introduced himself and told me that the issue was being handled. Edward again returned with Bob and problem was resolved. It was me all along, not having the information to operate the unit. I have been impressed with Edward since the first time we spoke Lori as well. A responsive and involved management team who is a professional, customer service friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to all.
