  I moved into Chateau Perry on June 15, 2026. I have never been happier. Kind residents, excellent Leasing Consultant, Friendly Manager, the elevator, trash shoot and state of the art Laudry Room are the best. The apartment rooms are stunning, my kitchen is gorgeous and my two kitties,live the huge balcony. I feel so safe, comfortable and welcome here. I highly recommend Chateau Perry to anyone looking for the "Beverly Wilshire" experience. The only thing missing is room service 😃 😊.

  Excellent staff in the front office. Terry and Lorraine made my dad’s move into Chateau Perry Apartments seamless and easy. I believe that my dad will be very happy here.

  We have been at Chateau Perry for 6 plus years being first time apartment users. The transition was easy taking a 3 bedroom apartment. We think of our space as community with many friendly people! Our special staff is always available to be of service. They specialize in keeping us happy with many socials and activities if desired. Our maintenance staff as well as custodial staff are quick to respond. Kudos to the cleaning service too!
