I moved into Chateau Perry on June 15, 2026. I have never been happier. Kind residents, excellent Leasing Consultant, Friendly Manager, the elevator, trash shoot and state of the art Laudry Room are the best. The apartment rooms are stunning, my kitchen is gorgeous and my two kitties, live the huge balcony. I feel so safe, comfortable and welcome here. I highly recommend Chateau Perry to anyone looking for the "Beverly Wilshire" experience. The only thing missing is room service 😃 😊.

Excellent staff in the front office. Terry and Lorraine made my dad’s move into Chateau Perry Apartments seamless and easy. I believe that my dad will be very happy here.

We had a very good experience with Terry taking a tour of Chateau Perry. It is very clean quiet, has a lot of perks when you live here. We are hoping an apartment opens up because I think my husband and I would be very happy living here.
