I moved out from Bakery Living a long time ago as I graduated from CMU, but I have to say that Bakery Living's management team is understanding and helpful. The support team is responsible for urgent issues. The move out experience was hassle-free. Not to say, the condo came with top-notch facilities and it was a very comfortable place to stay.

Leased from bakery living when I lived in Pittsburgh. Very great apartments. Staff was always very nice and helpful. The common areas were well maintained. Lots of areas to study in. The courtyard was nice as well. The apartments are split between orange and blue. I lived in blue which was newer and in my opinion, nicer. We had the two floor gym! The orange building has a pool and a smaller gym, along with a movie theater that was more closed off. The blue building had a movie room but was more open with a big glass wall. Both buildings had complimentary coffee (actually good coffee, not a crappy keurig). The management company that owns the properties did a great job with providing networking events to meet neighbors. Fun activities such as beer night, pizza night, wine night, nitro cold brew on tap, etc. I remember a few times, they would hire food trucks and basically let residents eat a meal for free with a meal ticket. Smart idea for residents to enjoy but also to support local food truck businesses. The old maintenance guy (forgot his name since it’s been a while) was awesome. He helped me with things that he definitely didn’t have to do. This was the first apartment I lived in on my own so I really appreciated him helping out and doing things my dad would normally do. The owner (if he’s the same) was a super cool down to earth guy! He was always checking out his buildings and upgrading things. You could tell he really put a lot of thought into making this property a great place to live in. I hope he hasn’t changed!
