  I've lived at the weaver for almost a year now and it is just what I was looking for. The building is within a block from the York-Dauphin train station as well as several bus stops for the SEPTA. Additionally, it is within walking distance to many of the businesses and restaurants in and around Fishtown. The amenities that I've used (rooftop, gym, bike room) are all well kept and never over-crowded. Lastly, the property manager Kevin is very friendly and open to feedback as he is always trying to improve the building.

  Been living at the weaver for over a year already and it’s been smooth. There has been some inconveniences, but it’s been taken care of. Kevin, the new properly manager has been pretty helpful and communicating things clearly. If you ever need anything you can just ask him.

  I’ve lived at The Weaver for almost a year, and I genuinely have no complaints. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been resolved within 24 hours, often the same day when submitted during business hours. Any maintenance issues I’ve experienced have been minor and handled quickly and professionally. The property manager, Kevin, has been a tremendous asset to the community. He is reliable, reasonable, and understanding, always willing to work with residents and accommodate life’s circumstances when possible. While no building is perfect, any concerns that have arisen have been addressed promptly, appropriately, and efficiently. The management team’s responsiveness and commitment to residents have made living here a very positive experience. I would highly recommend The Weaver to anyone looking for a new place to live, especially those seeking a well-managed property with a great sense of community.

  This place is terrible. Stay away. Ever since Kevin started managing the property, packages have been getting stolen, residents can barely get a response, and the office is only staffed two days a week. I have never felt so threatened by emails from a property manager in my life. On top of that, residents are being told we have to confront and remove people ourselves if they try to piggyback into the building, which puts our safety at risk. Completely unacceptable management and living conditions.

  I have been living at Weaver Apartments since October 2025, and it has been an incredible experience so far. The apartment itself is amazing, especially when it comes to the quality of the amenities and the overall cleanliness of the building. A huge shoutout to the Property Manager, Kevin, and his staff. Kevin has done a fantastic job maintaining the property; his management style and the way the team cares for the building really stand out. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. On top of that, the price point and location are excellent. I noticed someone comment regarding the surrounding area and the homeless population, but in my experience, those claims are largely exaggerated. It hasn't impacted my enjoyment of living here at all. Highly recommend Weaver Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, clean,safe and perfectly located home!
