  I’ve had a great experience living at Quincy Building. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests or questions are handled quickly, and the customer service is always friendly and respectful. A special thank you to Marquise and Asiyah. They consistently go above and beyond to help, communicate clearly, and make every interaction a positive one. Their professionalism, kindness, and fast response times truly stand out ànd I’m definitely gonna sign the contract for another year cuz they have great prices and gym I like to do sports after work and they have big roof with amazing view and nice big space with TVs ànd tables kitchen to hung out and make privet parties with friends. If you’re looking for a well-managed building with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Quincy Building. Keep up the great work!

  I lived here for a year and I'll be here for another year.And I can honestly say I love living here.The view is amazing.Staff is fun and very helpful maintenance.Gets things done very quickly and it's just awesome spot and philly.You are close to everything, super close to the bridge.And I-95 its been a great experience

  I absolutely recommend living at The Quincy. The location is excellent, with easy access to countless restaurants, entertainment, and the waterfront. The amenities are a huge plus—the game room, gym, and especially the rooftop are all fantastic and have made living here even more enjoyable. Marquise has been exceptional throughout the entire experience. From the beginning, he took the time to walk me through the different apartment layouts, answer all of my questions, and make sure I found the right fit. Since moving in, he has continued to be incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive whenever I've needed anything. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help have made the transition seamless, and he's been a big part of why I've had such a positive experience at The Quincy.

  I have been in this building the past 6mo+, my stay has been well and they address your needs per request. Marquise is excellent and very tentative! I am a happy tenant!

  The staff is very friendly and if there are any issues, they get taken care of almost immediately. Marquis is very helpful.
