  So me and my fiance was looking for an apartment that's affordable then we found the Quincy. The Service is impeccable and very convenient, in literally one month we was set sail and we now love it, I wanna give a big shoutout and love to Marquese for helping us and got a big push for our first home

  I had a terrible experience here. The manager Asiyah is very passive aggressive and rude. This building seems to have a mold issue due to faulty AC and duct work. If you have a mold sensitivity please don’t move here

  I’ve been living here for about a week and so far I’m really happy with it. The building is quiet, which I really appreciate. There’s a gym, a nice lounge area, and the views are great — especially from the rooftop. The management team (especially Marquise)at The Quincy has been very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. The building is clean and well maintained, the elevators work well, and everything feels taken care of. So far it’s been a great experience living here!

  I recently rented an apartment here and the entire process was incredibly smooth and transparent. At every step, I was clearly informed about my application and its status, which made the experience “STRESS-FREE”. All thanks to Marquise, the leasing agent, the only reason I would say my experience with the process went through effortlessly. He guided me patiently and professionally throughout the process. Asiyah was also very helpful behind the scenes in making sure everything moved along seamlessly. Together, they make an excellent team and truly care about helping residents. I was actually referred here by a friend who already lives in the community and now I completely understand why!! Highly recommend working with Marquise and Asiyah! Thank you so much!!!
