  I would not recommend, the landlord sold the leases to a Russian company called Premier Properties and Management Associates LLC. They are very unprofessional and money hungry. No one in the building has not notified anything about selling the leases to a property management company. When I first moved here I was super excited but it has went downhill. I have roaches in my apartment building, mold in my bathroom that has went unresolved. The lobby and hallways smell like trash all the time, people steals packages, and they have random people walking around in the building. I was told concierge was going to be at the front desk. They took away the cameras and no one is ever there. The Maintenance and cleaning guy are great but they are new to the building. Utilities are very high and uncontrollable. Once again I would not recommend.

  I hear my neighbors music and bass from whatever they’re doing shaking my apartment everyday and night. All day and night. Movies music everything the bass literally is heard throughout my entire apartment it’s so frustrating I’m tired of it. And the roaches..

  I've been living here for about 5 months. Overall, it's a really nice place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been timely whenever I have an issue. I frequently go out to the outdoor patio to get some fresh air and sun. The place smells great. Even my neighbors are super friendly. I love the tall windows and ceiling. Love the in unit washer and dryer, the amenities, floor plan, and style of the apartments. I like that the front doors lock and you need a fob to get in. And that you can open the front door for your guest with an app. I really have no issues. I even love living by the train station. It's not a disturbance and it comes by every so often. Oh and I can't forget, they have a lift which is super important to me because I am in a wheelchair. My only downside has been other residents leaving trash in the trash room, but once I spoke to management everything was fine. Shout out to George & Kate. They rock!

  I love living at the Irvine and recently started my second year here. I’m a teacher, which qualified me for a preferred employer discount at leasing. My maintenance requests are always addressed promptly. Kate, Josh, and George in leasing are great—so helpful!

  Now that my lease has ended, I feel comfortable enough to share my experience. I moved in 2024 and I drove a day straight from TX to find my unit INFESTED with roaches. I had to stay there a month until another unit while waiting for a transfer. It was a nightmare and then I had a neighbor that would bang loudly on the walls on purpose from the time they got home from work until the time they left the next morning. I finally moved to another unit and it started to feel a little like home but management continued to shift and the people in the building simultaneously became worse. I add alcoholics and addicts on my floor that brought anyone they wanted inside the building and they would be loud, fighting, screaming, and crying in the halls all hours of the night. Sometimes the guests of that neighbor would call other neighbors on the floor repeatedly to get into the building if the tenant wouldn’t answer. It got to a point where I just didn’t feel safe as a young woman in the building. They finally got security back after about a year without it but of course that was upon my departure. Also, if you are going to park on the street, be home by 6 if you want a reasonable spot. Hopefully with the new management it gets better from here.
