They both have been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire process. They've made everything easy, answered all of my questions, and genuinely made me feel welcomed. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would recommend Hawthorn Apartments to others.

  One of the most unique apartment buildings in Philadelphia. The Hawthorn doesn’t feel cookie-cutter. Between sustainable amenities, beautiful murals, and basketball court, it offers a lifestyle that feels modern, thoughtful, and exciting.

  Beautiful building with great energy. The Hawthorn has a really elevated feel, from the apartment finishes to the common spaces. The murals add so much character and make the property feel connected to Philadelphia’s art scene.
