  I had a great experience working with Isabela Gonzales. She was extremely pleasant, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Even though I didn't have an appointment, she was able to accommodate my walk-in visit and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and give me a site tour. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with her if you're looking for a positive leasing experience.

  This entire apartment complex is gorgeous. The apartments are well built and quiet, and the entire staff is always helpful and friendly. Recently, I had a really great experience with the leasing office. Tajae went above and beyond to handle an issue I had quickly with professionalism and poise. Lysandra was also so helpful showing me different spaces and making the process of re-renting simple. I truly can’t imagine ever leaving.

  I’ve lived at The Alcott for one year, and my experience has been wonderful. I recently had to move out of my apartment due to personal circumstances, and the entire lease transfer process was handled with great compassion and professionalism. Lysandra was extremely helpful throughout the application and lease transfer process. She provided clear guidance, responded promptly to all questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The process was completed in less than a week, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience living here. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities and luxury amenities that make it a very comfortable place to live. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high-quality apartment community.

  I've only been a resident of the Alcott for a few weeks but already feel at home! From the moment I toured the building, I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Lysandra, the leasing specialist, was warm and knowledgeable. I arrived at 10am for an 11:30am appointment (carpool situation) and instead of making me wait, which I was prepared to do, she met me right away. On the days she wasn't in office, Isabella was of great help and ready to step in to answer questions. Tajae, the community manager, was quick to take my call and willing to work with me when I was facing a personal hurdle affecting my move. The grace and professionalism these ladies show are incomparable! And what can I say about the staff (concierge, security, maintenance etc) --top tier! They already know us by name and always greet us with a smile and openness to help in any way they can. As for the space --the amenities are great (a dog spa and dog park -wow!) and the apartment itself is spacious, luxurious and a great value! I'm excited to be part of this community and urge you to consider joining us as well!

  Avoid at all costs. While modern and beautifully decorated, this apartment building falls short of the “luxury” experience it advertises. PRO: In my experience, the concierge team is generally helpful and kind. CONS: Electricity Billing: There is an ongoing issue with inflated utility bills. During a recent billing cycle, many one bedroom units were charged over $300 and two bedrooms charged over $400, which are obviously not realistic charges for small apartments. Due to widespread complaints, The Alcott adjusted the electric bills - 1 bedrooms were reduced to $257 and 2 bedrooms were reduced to $384 as “courtesies”; however, this raises obvious concern. If billing were truly based on individual consumption, charges would vary by unit - not be uniformly adjusted to identical amounts. There is a clear disconnect between bills and verified, meter-based usage. Subsequent bills have been outrageous and management refuses to address the issue. I’ve lived in one bedroom apartments (and even a 2 bedroom townhome) over the last 10 years and have never received an electric bill this high. Misleading Reviews: Please don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews. Most of them are clearly fake or from people who have only gone on tours. They are not reflective of the true resident experience. Dog Park: The dog park is poorly maintained. The property team sent out an email claiming that it is disinfected and deodorized 4x/ day; however, that is clearly not the case. Frequent Internet Outages: We are forced to use the building’s internet provider, which wouldn’t be a problem if there weren’t outages several times per week. The unreliable Internet connection makes working from home challenging. I could go on about unprofessional interactions with both onsite and corporate management, the persistent smoking problem that has recently been dismissed as "part of apartment living," the faulty elevator, poor insulation, etc. It’s unfortunate that the leasing office appears to prioritize superficial perks like complimentary doughnuts over addressing the issues that impact residents’ quality of life.
