  I had a great experience working with Manny throughout my move-in process. He was professional, responsive and always willing to help answer any questions. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for with very short notice and went out his was to address any minor issues I encountered leading up to my move.

  Me and my fiance moved to one brown two years ago and I honestly love everything about this place. All of their apartments have high ceilings , glass to ceiling and huge closet space. You can barely hear your neighbors unless they play music really loud. The people here are nice and everyone here is dog friendly. The neighborhood is very safe and has a lot of food options. Parking can be difficult at times but only when there’s a big games or when roar and craft hall have big events. Since I been here they updated every hallway on each floor and removed the rugs they used to have. And they also renovated the rooftop. I say that to say , the building will only get better especially with the management they have now. Thank you to manny ,and rose. They been absolutely helpful. Thank you again to the management team and maintenance team !

  Manny and Rose truly made the moving process incredibly smooth. From the helpful information they provided to the apartment tours and all the way through move-in day, communication was excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The property is very well maintained, and the apartment unit sizes are an amazing value for the price. I 100% recommend this place!
