This property did a no call no show, right before we were supposed to do a final walk through!
I toured Miley about 2 weeks ago. I met with Jakobe. The 2 apartments we were considering werent available so he gave us a tour of similar apartments and common areas to give us a feel for the environment. We really liked everything and decided on moving to this building. We applied, was approved and was sent the lease. I told him I would sign the lease after seeing the actual apartment.
Right away we noticed communication wasnt good. I was left talking with Ai most of the time, until he suggested we switched to email. Even the phone number listed for him didnt connect to a human, it would say everyone's busy. Switching over to email didnt change much, days would pass before I received a reply to anything. Eventually he emailed me to tell me the residents had moved out and we could see the apartments, we agreed on a time for the upcoming week. I sent him a message earlier in the day telling him i looked forward to seeing him later.
We went to the building during that scheduled time and he never showed up, and there was no way to reach him. We waited for 15 minutes. There wasnt even an office for us to walk to. Its been a day and a half since that has happened, i did not receive an apology or explanation. They did not care at all.
Ive been touring apartments for months and ive never met a property this unresponsive and hard to reach before. I saw reviews about this being an issue but I figured things werent the same since they hired a new manager, but nothing has changed at all. We had stopped touring during this time and now were left rushing for a place to live last minute!

I’ve been looking at different properties around the city & my experience when touring Mily On Green was a 10/10! Kobe was extremely helpful & answered all of my questions, even when they got a bit repetitive. This experience put this property in my top 3 options for sure
Marquise was absolutely outstanding. There were a number of technical snafus during our application process that were unique to me, but Marquise was incredibly patient and made himself as available as possible to make sure the application went through smoothly. It was absolute pleasure to work with him from beginning to end - Marquise is the man.
I have lived at Mily on Green for over a year, and I’ve been really happy with my experience. I appreciate how quiet the apartments are, the energy efficiency of the building, and the cleanliness of the shared spaces like the lounges and hallways. The green roof area is also a really nice place to spend time, and my neighbors have been friendly!
No place is perfect, and I’d like to see the exterior windows get a proper washing and some improved, more proactive, communication from the building management (such as when elevators go out of service — an estimated repair timeline). I just hope that when my lease term is up that my rent doesn’t increase dramatically beyond my means.
Update April 6, 2026:
Mily has changed management but that doesn’t mean the service has improved. I’m now being ignored by the new property manager that told me they’d assist me with my refund. Absolutely would avoid. This building has changed management 3 times and the issues still continue.
I lived in Mily on Green for 2 years & the building itself is great but management is a mess. I moved out in October 2025 & overpaid for utilities. Once this was confirmed with the provider, Roben, the building manager, ghosted me when I asked for a refund. I’ve emailed her countless times over the past 3 months & have heard nothing back. This building owes me money and they are actively ignoring me. So unprofessional.
