  They delete all the bad reviews so reposting - Update - our A/C has been broken for over a month with no solution despite constant reach out to management. The apartment doesn’t get below 77 degrees on sunny days even with the windows open. Very poor air flow if you are south facing. You also can’t sleep with your windows open because the trash trucks are so loud between 2am-6am. The location is great and the front desk and maintenance staff are all super lovely and helpful. Unfortunately it feels like the property builders only thought of cost cutting measures with the actual build. First, the internet randomly cuts out for entire days at a time (twice in the past 10 days and on Eagles game day!) and they force you to only use whitesky as the ISP provider which we have to pay monthly for. The windows are very thin and in addition to the noise from the loading dock and dumpsters in the back alley, the thin windows and poor building insulation create a very moist indoor living environment when it is hot, humid or raining outside. Indoor humidity hovers around 65% which is very unpleasant. I will say the rooftop, gym and sauna are all nice but I think the builders forgot people actually need to live in the apartment not just the amenities.

  I just wanted to take a moment to thank Joe for always being so helpful and professional. He’s been extremely kind, responsive, and welcoming. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. Good management can really make a difference, and Joe definitely does. Thank you again for all your help!

  Best apartment Complex I’ve ever lived in. Amenties, Rooftop, gym location and View is Amazing, Management, Concierge ( Especially my guy Joe ) greets and make all the Residents feel at home.

  The staff here is great! Specifically I often see Joe and Irene who are always extra friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make the place welcoming and comfortable.

  My husband and I have lived here since the building first opened, and we can confidently say it has been an incredible experience. Beyond the beautiful space and amenities, what really sets this place apart is the staff and the sense of community. Joe at the concierge desk is an absolute standout; he always welcomes me back with a smile and a high five after my workouts! Kate is also a total gem—she is so genuine, kind-hearted, and always goes out of her way to help with a smile. We’ve made wonderful friends in the building, and the frequent resident events have made it so easy to feel connected. We couldn't ask for a better place to call home in Philly!
