- MMMary M2 days ago1.0Walls are so thin, windows provide no noise blockage so if you are on south side of the building it feels like you are in the dumpster while trash is collected every night from 2am-7am and much of that is glass bottles being thrown out from uchi so it’s hard to sleep, indoor humidity is very high because the hvac systems are so bad, and they make you use their internet provider that is unstable and when it breaks they ask you to put in a support ticket with the company you didn’t even want to use to begin with instead of solving the problems.

She is professional, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help\. Her dedication makes the building feel secure and cared for\. We are incredibly fortunate to have her!
- ARAliya RashidAug 15, 20265.0Josephine is a wonderful place to live! Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and the moment that I moved into this apartment building, it felt like home. The front desk staff are all incredible. They go above and beyond to ask about our days, help out with packages and deliveries, bringing guests up to our unit when we host, and do everything they can to help make the place feel like home. We absolutely love everyone, Irene and Joe particularly have been wonderful. They are always smiling, and we are very lucky to have them!
