  Great building, but management avoids fixing basic issues. The physical building, finishes, and amenities are genuinely great, but the management team completely lacks follow-through when it comes to resolving real problems. Two ongoing issues ruin the experience: Unreliable Internet + Forced Price Hike: Internet is a mandatory opt-in, yet the service is constantly down or unstable. Despite never fixing the connectivity issues, management just raised the mandatory fee from $50 to $65/month at lease renewal for everyone. You are forced to pay more for a service that already barely works, with zero accountability from the office. EV Charging Stalls Completely Mismanaged: During initial construction, management assigned designated EV charging spots to gas-powered vehicles because other areas were blocked by equipment. Construction wrapped up long ago, but management refuses to swap those assignments back. Non-EV cars permanently tie up the chargers while EV owners who actually need them are left stranded because management avoids having that conversation with residents. A great physical property let down by leadership that avoids tough conversations and pushes price hikes without fixing broken services.

  We just moved into the Josephine and it is fabulous. It is beautiful and has the best amenities and great location. We looked at 5 places and what really sold us on it was Ashli, the rental agent. She went above and beyond for us. She was unbelievably knowledgeable and so helpful from the time we toured it and is always available to help. Gabe was also great and the concierge is always very helpful too. I recommend that you tour The Josephine and make sure you ask for Ashli.

  Amanda is an exceptional concierge and the property manager, who consistently goes above and beyond\. She is professional, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help\. Her dedication makes the building feel secure and cared for\. We are incredibly fortunate to have her!

  Josephine is a wonderful place to live! Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and the moment that I moved into this apartment building, it felt like home. The front desk staff are all incredible. They go above and beyond to ask about our days, help out with packages and deliveries, bringing guests up to our unit when we host, and do everything they can to help make the place feel like home. We absolutely love everyone, Irene and Joe particularly have been wonderful. They are always smiling, and we are very lucky to have them!
