  7 months after moving in and we still love it. The location is great. The best part of the building is the staff - Rueben and Alisette go above and beyond to support tenants and ensure the building is running smoothly. Overall great place to live!

  Been living here for 5 months and I love it. Alisette is very helpful and very professional! Ruben the maintenance manager is very helpful as well, anytime I’ve had an issue he gets it fixed immediately. There’s a lot of food places in walking distance and everything you need is relatively close. The only cons I can think of is that the shower water doesn’t really get that hot, sometimes you get lucky but it’s usually lukewarm. Also street parking is ridiculous on Howard, so if you’re used to having guests over make sure they know they’ll be circling the block at least 10 times.

  Ruben is the best. Very helpful and accommodating. Anytime there is an issue he is quick to respond and very thoughtful. Overall satisfied with my experience here!

  We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible support we received from Ali and Ruben during our move into Glassworks. From day one, Ali has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and thorough, making what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and seamless. She's been consistently responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is just right. Ruben has also gone above and beyond on the maintenance side. He is quick, efficient, and always so friendly. Any issues we had were handled with care and professionalism, and his positive attitude made every interaction a pleasure. Thanks to both of them, we’ve felt truly welcomed and taken care of. Their commitment to residents is clear, and we feel so lucky to be a part of the glassworks community. Five stars all the way! 🌟
