  Wonderful location in Fishtown on a quiet street, but still close to so many amazing businesses. Alisette, Sharnita, and the maintenance team all go above and beyond to work with tenants and support the community. I can definitely recommend living at Glassworks, especially if you’re looking to live in the Fishtown area. The location is great, and the in-office property management and maintenance staff truly make the difference in making this a wonderful place to call home.

  I scheduled an appointment for a tour through their portal and it was confirmed via email. Showed up at the allotted time slot and no one was there. I figured there must be a leasing office or something inside where they are waiting. Nope. So I called the number on the email and on their website, both of which went to an automated voicemail assistant. Wasted quite a bit of my time planning the rest of my day around that showing. They never got back to me after I had contacted them via voicemail and email afterwards. Very disappointing as the unit and building seemed to fit my exact needs.

  Been living here for 5 months and I love it. Alisette is very helpful and very professional! Ruben the maintenance manager is very helpful as well, anytime I’ve had an issue he gets it fixed immediately. There’s a lot of food places in walking distance and everything you need is relatively close. The only cons I can think of is that the shower water doesn’t really get that hot, sometimes you get lucky but it’s usually lukewarm. Also street parking is ridiculous on Howard, so if you’re used to having guests over make sure they know they’ll be circling the block at least 10 times.

  Ruben is the best. Very helpful and accommodating. Anytime there is an issue he is quick to respond and very thoughtful. Overall satisfied with my experience here!

  We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible support we received from Ali and Ruben during our move into Glassworks. From day one, Ali has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and thorough, making what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and seamless. She's been consistently responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is just right. Ruben has also gone above and beyond on the maintenance side. He is quick, efficient, and always so friendly. Any issues we had were handled with care and professionalism, and his positive attitude made every interaction a pleasure. Thanks to both of them, we’ve felt truly welcomed and taken care of. Their commitment to residents is clear, and we feel so lucky to be a part of the glassworks community. Five stars all the way! 🌟
