We actually really liked living at Garden Court for most of our time there. The staff were friendly, the location was great, and we were sad to leave. But there were some pretty serious problems that are hard to ignore. During the coldest parts of winter, the heat basically stopped working and our bedroom got so cold that our foam mattress hardened and we had to sleep in another room. The move-out process was also really frustrating. We sent multiple emails asking specific questions about our final electric bill and security deposit, but a lot of our questions were either ignored or only partly answered. Our full security deposit was then applied to an electric bill that included very high usage after we had already moved out and turned the AC off. We had a good experience overall until the end, which honestly made the ending much more disappointing.

I’ve had a very positive experience at Grand Court Tower. The staff and management have been friendly, professional, and always willing to help. What stood out most to me was how responsive and helpful the management team has been whenever I had a question or needed assistance. It’s clear that they care about the residents and providing good service. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Grand Court Tower to others looking for a place to live in Philadelphia.

Even tho I’ve had issues with my unit, they work hard to build a community. The management works hard to tend to your needs as quick as they can. The staff and the people that they bring are great and work hard. I’ve always wanted a community in Philly and I got one. 4 corners entertainment was so fun! I hope they bring them again!
