I lived here from 2023-2024 and the place was terrible. Stay away
Landlord/property management company doesn’t return security deposits, it’s been over 60 days since my lease ended and despite reaching out multiple times the issue still isn’t resolved.
This is on top of what the other negative reviews have correctly said.

I lived here for 3 years and had issues the entire time. Stolen packages, broken AC in the lobby and gym for several years, no sanitary wipes in the gym, rats in the garage and mice in units on my floor, and the building never being cleaned (dirty lobby and elevators). I moved out over 30 days ago and have not received my security deposit. I do not recommend living here.
Please do not move into this building. I have been living here for five months and everyone I've met in this building is either breaking their lease early, or counting down the seconds until their lease is up. Every single aspect of living here is a problem. If you're seriously considering moving here, wait outside the building and ask people if they enjoy living here. I promise it will deter you.
1) Mail - Unless you give amazon the access code to the door and mailroom, they will leave it outside and it will for sure be stolen. We do have cameras but the property manager will either 1) not return your call....ever or 2) will say they don't have access to the footage. I called/texted her two months ago about my package getting stolen from our mailroom and have yet to hear back from her in any capacity. Also, the mailroom is advertised as "secure" but unfortunately, the losers that live in this building steal mail from their constantly. Every apartment has an assigned mailbox but nine out of 10 times the mailperson will just leave it on the floor.
2) The Property Manager - while she is lovely to speak with in person, she rarely answers the phone and does not return calls, texts, or emails. Example: I moved in Jan 15, my movers showed up at 8am, she didn't give me access codes to the building until 12:15, after about 20 phone calls she finally responded and said she sent them the night prior and was confused, then miraculously while we were on the phone, they appeared in my inbox. My apartment was filthy; dirty shower, cigarette butts on the floor, tv appliance holes in the walls, scratches on the cabinets. I took videos and pics, put them in an email to her and the company saying this was unacceptable....its now April and I still have not gotten a response from either of them. Again, if you wait outside and ask people about her as well...they will agree. I live directly underneath her office so knowing she hasn't returned ANY of my calls or emails and then hearing her up there laughing and stomping around all day is especially frustrating.
3)Parking - I don't park here but it is advertised as gated and secured. the gate does not cover the entire parking lot and the gate is never shut so anyone is free to walk in and out of the parking lot...you will see by the trash and the graffiti
Do not be swayed by the cheaper rent, we are surrounded by much nicer buildings and apartments. Pay a little extra and you won't have to deal with this place.
New Property Management company, same story. They will rent apartments that have appliances or utilities that do NOT work. My daughter rented an apartment in July, when she moved in there was No air-conditioning and the hot water heater did NOT work. It is now January, the hot water heater STILL does not work so she has to shower elsewhere. Emergency number for maintenance, no one answers. The apartments look nice DO NOT sign a lease, this building is a nightmare, if anything goes wrong (and it will with the shotty construction), you cannot get the building to address it.
