Management was kind and helpful when showing the unit. I excitedly submitted an application and was eager to get approved and move in. Later upon speaking to several residents I was made aware of the constant car break ins and fumigation for pests which lead me to withdraw the application in less than 24h. It’s been two weeks and no refund was processed which is disappointing. $275 lost. Hope they get it together, the units are gorgeous.

I got this apartment because of its city views and balcony. Upon move-in, I would learn that those are the only two positives of this place. Generally speaking, the building is dirty. The back surface parking lot has trash floating around at all hours. The package room is a disaster without any organization. Know that any package you receive will be tossed onto the floor in the lobby or in a small room, and you will have to find the time to sift through it to find yours. My apartment was unclean when I moved in. There were another person’s hairs on the bathroom floor, and the living room floor was sticky. My second night sleeping here, I was awoken by a ceiling leak dripping onto me. My dishwasher has broken 3 times, and help with maintenance has been spotty to nonexistent. Car break ins are frequent in the surface lots. On the side lots, it remains poorly lit. There is regularly at least one elevator down (and there are only three, one is gross though). The hot water stopped running multiple times in the winter. My apartment has reeked of cigarette and weed smoke at different points. All in all, would never recommend. There are better options for similar prices nearby.

Horrible place , I was scheduled to move on April 6th and moved out the next day April 7th during my move in , leasing agent gave me the wrong key to my apartment , which meant I could not lock my door from the inside , I would have to leave my door unlocked and that was unsafe for me and my 2 year old . Also their was dead roaches in the drawers , roach bait by the oven , nothing was cleaned before my move in . A couple was arguing across the hall you could hear them cursing at each other , walls very well him , also the day of my move all you could smell is weed on the 2nd floor . They building controls the heat which I don’t like because it was cold and a tenant that stayed told me they cut the heat off a couple days ago which I don’t like . Also their refrigerator has brown residue in it , wasn’t cleaned at all . Property tried to not give me my deposit . This place traumatized me so bad that I cried the day of my move . PLEASE AVOID . Also a tenant informed me that with her 10 years of being there the lower the floor you experience roaches and that she had to hire own personal exterminator.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do their research before applying.
My experience, combined with what countless current and former residents have already shared, paints a very clear and consistent picture. The issues people repeatedly mention—poor maintenance, ongoing plumbing problems, pest concerns (including mice and cockroaches), safety issues, and lack of responsiveness—are not isolated complaints. They reflect a pattern.
During my visit, I personally observed visible water damage in a sample unit, including staining that suggested ongoing leaks behind the walls. Common areas like the package room were disorganized, with deliveries scattered rather than secured. There were also unresolved safety concerns, such as exterior lighting not being fixed, and I witnessed interactions where information provided to residents appeared inconsistent or misleading.
From what I both saw and heard, it raised serious concerns about whether units would even meet basic inspection standards required for move-in. Add to that the repeated reports of stolen packages, car break-ins, unreliable elevators, and overall lack of accountability—it becomes very difficult to overlook.
At a certain point, when the same concerns come up again and again across reviews and resident experiences, it’s no longer coincidence—it’s reality.
Do yourself a favor: take the reviews seriously and consider all your options before committing. I ultimately chose to walk away, and I’m confident it was the right decision.
Scheduled a tour and they confirmed the appointment. We ran 2 minutes late although we text them to ask if it was okay. They said it was okay, asked what we were looking for and advised on preference and they said nothing. We arrive and the young lady stated they had rented the property we was scheduled to see and did not have the decency to call us or tell us when we notified her we would be late due to traffic. Very inconsiderate especially after we came so far. That speaks for the company's business ethics. I will make sure to pass it on to others.
