Best thing about this place is the staff. The maintenance and leasing office team are absolutely wonderful. They are always pleasant and any issue is promptly taken care of within a day or 2.

The setting is beautiful, the apartments are adequate but absurdly expensive, the management staff does a good job, but the property is run by a distant investment firm that could not care less about their tenants and will do all the standard, subtly evil stuff that gradually makes one feel crazy (annual arbitrary rent increases, facilities and support growing worse over time). But if you want to live in the woods in Philly without buying it's basically the only option. edit: I think I was too kind regarding the staff. The woods are still pretty though!

Horrible experience. Lived there for about 10 months. The traffic going down to the park is awful on weekends with people driving through recklessly. Management was ineffective and tried to pull a bait and switch with the rent right before move in. You can't control the heat, so unit was always 76 degrees downstairs. Moved in and the place was so dirty. Just an awful experience, couldn't wait to get out. Great location, but that's the only thing going for it.

I moved in and what made my move was the outdoor hiking close by and outdoor sculptures at each building when I toured the property. I also can’t wait for warmer weather to utilize the outdoor area to cook and relax. I am happy with the including of dog park even though I am not a pet owner but is helpful to others. Want to say thank you to the leasing office for making this a wonderful move for me.

Awesome Place to live. Management is very responsive. This is an excellent place to live. The apartments are updated and grounds are kept up well. Maintenance is on top of fixes.
