  23 West has been a great place to live so far. The building feels modern and well cared for, and the apartments have a really nice layout and finish quality. The rooftop and shared spaces are a huge plus and make the building feel more like a community. The management team has been extremely professional and very responsive since I moved in, which has made the overall experience even better. I’d definitely recommend 23 West to anyone considering living in Fishtown.

  i've been living here for a couple months now and love the location, the building is clean, and management is super responsive. definitely recommend if you're looking to be in the heart of fishtown!

  I’ve had a great experience living at 23 West. The building is well-maintained, clean, and feels like a place where the staff genuinely cares about the residents. A special thank you to Mikalia, the property manager, who is always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever any issues come up. She does an excellent job making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel heard. Kristina in the leasing office was also amazing throughout the process — friendly, knowledgeable, and made moving in stress-free from start to finish. The maintenance team, deserve a lot of credit as well. They are quick to respond, professional, and always make sure repairs are done properly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about keeping the building in great shape. Overall, I highly recommend 23 West to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community with an excellent staff.

  Not sure if management is deleting reviews or folks are so over it they don't have the energy but NOT a 5 star residence. Location is great, close to community, but the main issues are; Revolving staff both in management and maintenance (they DO NOT announce staff changes by the way), but especially maintenance. Requests go ignored for months at a time until you, for example, get random knocks at the door one day during a shower causing you to rush to said door while the random new maintenance person decides to let themselves in instead of calling or sending a message. Again, no notice, nothing. For requests put in over a month ago with no acknowledgment. Current management is two women with no consistent hours with one somewhat trying and the other staring lasers and goes mute at you because you rightfully called them out during move in day. The whole staff is ill-equipped, incompetent, inconsistent and inconsiderate. I have never lived in apartments such as these and I have been renting for 11 years, 5 landlords - top 2 worst. Happy to answer any questions. They have been bad since the get.
