  1909 Is An Amazing Place To Live. I Came To View The Building & The Concierge Named Hanif Was Very Informative & Helpful Explaining In Detail The Quality & The Amenities Of The Building. The Staff Were Very Nice, Made Me Feel Like Family. I Highly Recommend.

  I have had an exceptional experience visiting at this luxury apartment community. The property is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the management team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and valued. One of the standout features of this community is the concierge service, especially Virgil. He is professional, courteous, and incredibly attentive to residents' needs. Whether it's assisting with package deliveries, greeting residents with a warm smile, or helping resolve questions quickly and efficiently, Virgil consistently provides outstanding customer service. His dedication and positive attitude make a noticeable difference in the overall living experience. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in their work, but Virgil exemplifies both. His professionalism and willingness to help contribute greatly to the welcoming and upscale atmosphere of the building.   Virgil is by far the best staff member in the building. He is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with anything you need. He goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and taken care of, and his positive attitude never goes unnoticed. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, attentive, and genuinely kind. The building is lucky to have him, and he truly makes a difference every day.

  I visited 1909 today and was pleasantly surprised by Lori at the concierge desk. I wasn't sure where to go and she was the nicest person I've encountered going into ANY building in Center City. I hope this pleasant woman is here for a long while as I will be visiting.

  I’ve stayed at 1909 Walnut several times while visiting one of my close friends, and Hanif consistently makes every experience feel truly five-star. From warmly greeting me at the door to helping carry my bags and even keeping an eye on my car while I quickly run upstairs, he always goes above and beyond without hesitation. He is professional, personable, attentive, and genuinely kind- the type of person who elevates the entire atmosphere of a building. In a city where great service stands out, Hanif embodies hospitality, professionalism, and care at the highest level. 1909 Walnut is fortunate to have someone like him representing the property. He absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional experience he creates for residents and guests alike. Beyond the outstanding service, the building itself is absolutely beautiful- the units are luxurious, impeccably maintained, and surprisingly quiet for city living. The amenities truly feel five-star and create an experience that is both elevated and welcoming. Every stay here has been exceptional.
