  Living at 17 Market West has been an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to everything Center City has to offer, and the building itself is beautifully maintained with outstanding amenities. From the modern fitness center to the thoughtfully designed resident spaces, every detail contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. A special thank you to Holly, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents have a positive experience. I highly recommend this community.

  The soundproofing is terrible, you can literally hear everything your neighbors are doing. You can also hear the elevators constantly going up and down, even if your apartment is far away. The central air is extremely loud and makes the apartment uncomfortable whenever it runs. You can definitely tell that this is an old office building that was poorly converted into apartments. The basement gym is also uninviting and somewhat sketchy, especially for the price. The only real advantage is the short, direct access to Suburban Station and regional rail, which is why I chose it. Other than that, it is overpriced for what you get.

  Have loved living here. Front desk exceptional. Amenities top of the line. The quality of the former office building conversion and finishes stand out from other luxury buildings in the city that seem hastily built with cheaper materials.
