  28 days no heat and Alterea management thinks tenants are not entitled to a rental concession because according to law and contract they only have to produce a space heater to keep unit above 70 degrees . Was also told when I first moved in that because this was an old building I should run my was for 20 minutes in order for it to get hot this went on for a few days before being allowed to take a hot shower without having to let it run . They finally consented to calling plumber to turn my water on. The building itself is quite and nice, but management it shitty

  We have been residents for four years. Generally, the front desk staff and maintenance crew have been great. We will miss them when we move soon. However, we cannot recommend this property to a friend due to the lack of dedication from ownership to maintain the property, particularly the roof amenity and the lobby. The level of upkeep should be commensurate with the rent charged.

  I've been a resident here for 2 years and will continue to stay here because of the team that runs the building. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, Ed and his team are always on top of it. Thanks guys

  They are terrible neighbors. This building just opened and they've been having nightly parties with music blaring from the roofdeck. I live 2 blocks away and we can't watch TV with our windows open because it's so loud!! I'm not usually one to review this way, but I can't imagine living in this community where you have a beautiful roofdeck and can't enjoy just chilling up there with some friends and a couple bottle of wine because the music is so loud you can't hear yourself talk.
