  Management. Very poor at communication. Very poor at responding and addressing issues in a timely matter. Management hangs out in the lobby and treats this place like social hour. Discussing their weekend plans. Building upkeep. Very poor. Hallways and trash rooms are dirty. Hallway carpets stained. Pieces of trash scraps often cover the trash rooms and carpets. Very Noisy, neighbors. Neighbors running the halls and loud music blaring all hours of the night.

  28 days no heat and Alterea management thinks tenants are not entitled to a rental concession because according to law and contract they only have to produce a space heater to keep unit above 70 degrees . Was also told when I first moved in that because this was an old building I should run my was for 20 minutes in order for it to get hot this went on for a few days before being allowed to take a hot shower without having to let it run . They finally consented to calling plumber to turn my water on. The building itself is quite and nice, but management it shitty
