I have had very few issues with my unit, but on the rare occasions something required attention, it was resolved promptly and thoroughly. The team maintains the property to a high standard and are always accessible when needed. Having rented for many years, I can confidently say this has been my best rental experience. For anyone seeking a quiet, clean, and well‑maintained place to live, I highly recommend Oley Meadows. The staff provides outstanding service and have created an environment that truly feels like home.

- FRFormer RenterApr 26, 20262.0Cringe!!! Recently moved out after a short stay and can be honest. Property managers are a mess. Maintenance takes forever and rigs everything. They show up looking completely unprofessional too. They talk about renters to other renters. Neighbors always knew more than they should about my business with the property. Rent is way too high for what those places are. I also know they kick out anyone that makes a complaint about maintenance or the managing couple so if you need to end your lease early it’s really easy. They’re completely clueless.
