  Current residents at Summit Ridge, been here for around 5 months. Great community, well maintained and very peaceful. We have had an amazing experience so far. The property manager is responsive and the maintenance personnel are good. The community is quite well located and safe and the neighbors are respectful. The biggest downside is the payment management. We were erroneously charged service fees for amenities that were transferred over within the lease-stipulated timeframe. After multiple requests, the service fees were removed. However, we were then charged a late-fee (of $282) with the management responding that we never paid the utilities ($44.06) in time, despite multiple emails and service requests for the correction of the ledger sent from us, starting the very first month of the lease. The management seems to be outrightly refusing to credit back the erroneously charged late fees as a rent credit even (!!), although we have been absolutely spot on with payments and all requests. Having to deal with this while having a busy clinical and surgical practice is quite frustrating. We would have loved to give this community a 5-star rating had the late-fee issue been resolved.

  Do yourself a favor. AVOID THIS PLACE. They are not courteous at all. Autopay has constant issues and fees. Read your lease because they have horrible stipulations and it is impossible to break your lease. I paid my rent two days before I went into the hospital to have my son, made a mistake on my autopay where it didn't kick in until the following month. Two weeks later we get out of the hospital with a NICU preemie and we have an eviction notice on our door. No calls or notification, an eviction letter. That was two years ago and now we are facing multiple "Corporate" issues". Awful company and practices. We are getting a lawyer for move out because we already know we need one when our lease is up. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Also, research thee company, they have already lost lawsuits for horrible practices.

  I have been at Summit Ridge for a few years and I love it. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, all of the neighbors are kind, and it's a great place to be. Dean is an absolute super star on the maintenance side, he is always quick to respond to our requests, very nice and is really helpful, regardless of if our issue is user error or something else. Alicia and Caitlin in the office are always available to help as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend Summit Ridge.

  I have lived at Summit Ridge for a few years. Dean has been fantastic I have I feel for 100% comfortable with him in my home while I am busy at work any service request that I have had he has always Address the situation that day and I’ve never had to have him bring anybody back to have the service request filled he’s always been able to handle any problems that occurred which haven’t been many. I’ve been very happy living at Summit Ridge and Dean is just a consistent guy where he’s just very knowledgeable. He gets the job done quickly. There’s no delays I feel I can trust him with everything that’s in my home and he’s always been nothing but very pleasant to be around. Summit ridge is a very wonderful place to live in as you can tell by all the neighbors. I’m general everybody’s like happy in the neighborhood and the buildings I feel or kept up the patio homes are kept a beautifully. I’m proud to say I live there and Dean really is fantastic. He’s actually letting the carpet guy Jim, who is also very nice into my home today to do some spot cleaning
