Kayley and Chloe one of the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with! They were very helpful throughout my whole application process. Also have such beautiful homes which I'm sure my family will enjoy. Very kind people at Hawthorne Estates!

My living experience at Hawthorne Communities after 4 yrs of residency has been awesome; no complaints. Chloe who is an employee at the rental office is a stand out employee who is always willing to go above and beyond to be helpful and solve an issue regardless of what it entails. If she can help she does.

It took me a bit to find Hawthorne, but i did and hands down the best place i looked at.Thank you so much to Chloe for everything she has done to make the experience the best. I've dealt with Chloe since I've been there and she has been nothing but helpful, respectful and extremely professional. From answering questions completely and professionally to following up and making sure everything has worked out. If anyone is looking for a place I highly recommend Hawthorne...and ask for Chloe. I promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you Chloe!
