  Debbie has been our realtor through all of our home purchases and sales. She is available at most times of the day and keeps us informed with what is expected or coming next as someone who really has no idea what they are doing most of the time. Both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home happened smoothly with our highest possible expectations. With Debbie, there is no need to compromise whether you are selling or buying a home. Debbie and Tom exceed all expectations.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Debbie Spaulder when I purchased my home 20 years ago. So when I was looking for a realtor to check out the condos in the area, of course I contacted Debbie. She is wonderful to deal with, always professional and her knowledge of the real estate market is top notch. I recommend her all the time to my friends and family.
