- CMCedar Ridge MFG4 days ago2.0Thank you for asking about The Crest. Up until a week and half ago I would have give you an excellent rating. Now we are still waiting for our dishwasher to be fixed. The repair man came and tore the whole thing apart. Left then came back in the afternoon and put something in the door. He left then the next dày I to ran the washer again and the water never drained. I called the office ob the 5th of Oct. and requested a maintance man to please come and fix it again. I was told the request was listed butt he had a lot off other calls to make before he would be able to help me. I am a caregiver for my husband and am dealing with a hand that needs surgery. Dishwashing us something I don't need at this time. Sorry to sound neg. but we love our apartment and don't want to have to leave . You are doing a great job except for this time. Grace Lenhard
- CCCVS5 days ago3.0Wonderful location. Great neighborhoods. So far, maintenance has been very helpful, and responsive. I have reported that the front door is an embarrassment...an "eye sore", and lock is temperamental. Not happy with window blinds, old and bend easily. Fixtures and sink in bathroom are pitted and very worn, and there's a small crack and tiny hole back of tub that will get larger (will be reporting). You can see where other cracks and holes in shower had been patched. No sprayer in kitchen sink...was told I would have to pay to have one installed. I have no landscaping out front. There's an issue with runoff between 1607 and apartment next door (to right facing outward). When it rains, dirt and black mulch collects across walkway. Exterior dryer vent needs cleaned out...could become fire hazard. I will generate a maintenance request for it. How do you manage renovating an occupied apartment? Thank you for your attention.

- TWTy Waltemyer5 days ago4.0Glad to see the curbing, paving and walkways repaired. Hopefully next spring the dead shrubbery will be addressed. Met Felix, the new Head of Maintenance, seems to be a together fellow. Things are improving.
- SSScott SolisOct 5, 20265.0Move-in went great thanks to the help of Michelle in the leasing office as well as the help of maintenance personnel! Definitely worried about The Solomon Group due to their reputation for lack of maintenance at the Kensington Club. It seems like a big place for relatively few maintenance personnel. I will update my review appropriately if there are any maintenance issues like that place has, but so far things are going well.
