They want to charge me a pet fee for my 2 dachshunds visiting every Sunday for a few hours ...ok .. I spilled some grease on my deck which is above a cranky neighbor. I cleaned it up...They want to charge me $400 to "power wash" it. I said ...let me see competive bids....no response. I am a senior on a fixed income...this has put so much stress on me. I retained a lawyer...Bullying a Senior is not cool..I will be moving out when my lease ends

This is my first spot on my own, I had so many questions, needed guidance multiple times and she never once made me feel like a bother. Very knowledgeable and if she had reservations she made sure to find the answer and get right back to me. Truly a delight all around. Would give this more stars if I could.
