- BBBenjaminAug 20, 20261.0Please please please for the love of God do not move here!!! I hate to speak poorly of any organization but all around, this is a terribly run complex. My roommate and I have had nothing but problems in the last year. The one elevator is constantly broken down, there’s a massive infestation that they can’t seem to control and they are forcing everyone into xfinity WiFi which is 65/month. We currently have excellent WiFi that costs us 44/month. We hesitate to bring any of these complaints up to them because we have heard of a few stories of tenants getting kicked out for complaining too much of the numerous issues with the place. Please do not waste your time or your money!!! Keep looking for different places to live :)
