  **EDITED ** Nice place overall. Would not recommend if you’re looking for more quiet place to live, unless you get lucky with good neighbors. Paper thin walls & ceiling. Can hear people above you with every step they take, people snoring next door or talking loud & not inside voices. Way over price for that aspect of living in my opinion. Complained for 5 months. Sent videos of outrageous noise above me from the unit. Frank doesn’t acknowledge anything. Says it will get taken care of. No resolution or happy medium. Be careful of this place **** NOTHING GOT RESOLVED. Complained for 5 months, nothing changed. Moved out and they try to take advantage of you. Give them two months notice, hit you with a $6k fee, someone else moved in weeks after I left. Trying to make essentially over $9k off of you. Place is a scam. Make sure you read reviews from Google and not all the 5 star reviews off there website. LOL

  My experience at Fox Plan Apartments was very positive. I lived there for only 10 months on a short term work assignment. The apartment was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gil was nice and Shannon was wonderful, especially with her help with my move out.

  Let me start by saying, these apartments are beautiful and the amenities are well worth the money. I continuously get compliments from my guests. Tracy, the property manager, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she strives to make sure tenants are comfortable and their needs are met. The community is pleasant with a wide variety of different people living here from small families to working professionals. The property is well kept and I am beyond happy that I chose to live here.

  Tracy the Property Manager is to be commended for her people skills and her professionalism. Even though she did not have available the apartment we were looking for, she reached out to her sister property and found it. She called the property manager informed him of what we wanted and set up an appointment for us. She made our apartment search a breeze. It is so nice to see the pride she took in performing her job and it made our day. Thank you the
