  Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. I lived here for 3 years, and for most of that time I had a good experience. The property itself is beautiful. My problems began during roughly the last 6 months after management changed. Despite the property being advertised as drug-free, we frequently smelled marijuana throughout the complex. We also had repeated issues with packages. Four packages went missing, and another was moved from the package room without our knowledge because we were later told management could “get in trouble if it was left in the package room.” The move-out process was by far the worst part of our experience. After we moved out, we were charged fees that we disputed. When I called to review the charges, the property manager raised her voice at me rather than simply going through the bill. Getting a callback routinely took days, if we received one at all. After moving out, communication became even more difficult. Instead of resolving the remaining balance directly with us, the account was sent to a collection agency. That meant disputes regarding the amount then had to be handled through the collection agency rather than directly with the apartment complex. Even after an adjustment to the amount was agreed upon, the incorrect higher balance was still sent to collections, leaving us to dispute the discrepancy afterward. Communication throughout this process was extremely frustrating. When we asked questions, we often did not receive a clear answer. We were repeatedly told we would receive an update within a week, only to wait several weeks without hearing anything unless we followed up again. My criticism is specifically about my experience with the current management, not the apartments themselves. The property is attractive, but based on the package issues, move-out billing, collection process, and difficulty communicating with management, I would not recommend living here. If you do choose to live here, document everything in writing, especially anything involving move-out charges or your final balance.

  Truthfully, if I could give this apartment complex a 0 star I absolutely would. My husband and I lived here for 3 years (2 lease terms). We actually enjoyed this place up until our final 6 months. The apartments are nice and the pictures really do reflect well what you’re going to be paying for, however, don’t be blindsided. You will constantly smell weed in your apartment even though the lease agreement explicitly states no smoking of any kind- residents are not held accountable and you basically just have to deal with this and suffer in silence. There is a package room with lockers and a large open space- residents don’t steal your packages but management will absolutely misplace and move your packages around trying to play mail man instead of just leaving peoples shit alone. Management is not responsive and will take several days to even acknowledge you. Furthermore, when it’s time to move out you will receive a final statement with a bullshit list of charges that are unacceptable and unjustified. My husband and I took impeccable care of our apartment the 3 years we were there and left it near perfect condition. We were never late on our rent and never missed payments. We really are not difficult people to deal with. With that being said I am absolutely going to question and challenge incorrect and unjustified charges. These charges include paying for THEIR gas and electric usage AFTER you have already vacated the apartment and transitioned the electric service from your account back to theirs. You’ve receive “Penalty” charges as well as an actual bill from them even though you no longer live there and are not responsible for their idiocy of going into the apartment after you leave and flipping every single light on 24-7. And id absolutely guarantee you they “double dip” on renting these apartments out. My lease was up on 7/31 and I vacated on 7/7 (paid the entire months rent for July as you’re supposed to) but somehow still incurred electric fees? Make it make sense. I’m sure our apartment was rented out well before our actual lease was even up. Save yourself the absolute headache of this place and other AR properties and just don’t live here

  **EDITED ** Nice place overall. Would not recommend if you’re looking for more quiet place to live, unless you get lucky with good neighbors. Paper thin walls & ceiling. Can hear people above you with every step they take, people snoring next door or talking loud & not inside voices. Way over price for that aspect of living in my opinion. Complained for 5 months. Sent videos of outrageous noise above me from the unit. Frank doesn’t acknowledge anything. Says it will get taken care of. No resolution or happy medium. Be careful of this place **** NOTHING GOT RESOLVED. Complained for 5 months, nothing changed. Moved out and they try to take advantage of you. Give them two months notice, hit you with a $6k fee, someone else moved in weeks after I left. Trying to make essentially over $9k off of you. Place is a scam. Make sure you read reviews from Google and not all the 5 star reviews off there website. LOL

  My experience at Fox Plan Apartments was very positive. I lived there for only 10 months on a short term work assignment. The apartment was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gil was nice and Shannon was wonderful, especially with her help with my move out.

  Let me start by saying, these apartments are beautiful and the amenities are well worth the money. I continuously get compliments from my guests. Tracy, the property manager, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she strives to make sure tenants are comfortable and their needs are met. The community is pleasant with a wide variety of different people living here from small families to working professionals. The property is well kept and I am beyond happy that I chose to live here.
