  I cannot say enough good things about the team at Eagle Ridge. From my very first visit through move-in and beyond, Ian, Hailey, and Kelsey have been absolutely outstanding to work with. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their residents. One of the things that stands out most is how personal their approach is. In a world where customer service often feels automated and impersonal, the team at Eagle Ridge takes the time to get to know residents by name and build real relationships. Whenever I have a question or concern, I know I can count on receiving a prompt phone call or email back. That level of communication and reliability is rare and greatly appreciated. Scheduling a tour, coordinating my move-in, and getting settled into the community was seamless because of their organization and willingness to help every step of the way. No question ever feels like an inconvenience, and they consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and supported. Honestly, this may be one of the best leasing office teams I have ever worked with. They create an environment where residents feel valued, heard, and respected. Eagle Ridge truly feels like home, and a big reason for that is the people behind the scenes. I trust Ian, Hailey, and Kelsey completely and know I can rely on them whenever I need assistance. If you're looking for a community with exceptional management and a genuinely caring staff, Eagle Ridge is the place to be.

  The stars are not for the staff I genuinely think the staff and maintenance here are kind, but my experience with the parking situation and the new towing company (Ryan’s towing) has made my families experience here very difficult. I had a newborn moving in and parking was challenging then but when the new towing company started it became even worse. Coming home at night with my baby I have to walk from one side of the complex to my apartment because there are no open spaces. During the winter we had a tragic passing in my family and my mom was visiting with us, she parked in a visitor spot expecting to be in and out but because we forgot to put our visitor pass in the car for that short time she got towed even though she was still in a visitor spot. When we called to get her car the third party was hard to get a hold of , was very rude when we explained our situation and told us that people were going through worse than my family. We had to drive 20 mins to get to the tow yard, they wanted us to pay $385. I get that there are rules that we were made aware of but like I said my mom was parked in a visitor spot, not fire lane, not reserved, a visitor spot and we had to pay near $400. We then had another run in with one of their employees this past weekend it was pouring rain my boyfriend went to grab the car so me and my baby didn’t have to walk in the rain. As soon as he pulls up we get in the car, he’s trying to strap our baby into the seat and the one of the towers drives to us from across the street, rolls his window down to tell us we need to put our hazard lights on or he will tow us. Meanwhile we did not leave our car, we are rushing because it’s raining and we are trying to get our baby in the car and he felt the need to drive all the way over and do that. Obviously when we leave our car we put the hazard lights on. Also again this strict of a company eagle ridge is partnering with and coming home having to walk half a mile to my building with my child is not the experience we signed up and pay so much for. The parking stickers also make it known to the whole world where you live. If you care about your residents who pay to be here why hire a company (Ryan's towing ) who has no remorse and has unreasonable costs.

  We’ve been residents since July, and we’ve had a great experience so far. I wanted to personally shoutout the Maintenance team. They have been outstanding! They always are quick to take care of requests, mindful about being tidy when doing work, and very friendly. Being in the lower buildings, we interact with them a lot and they always go out of their way to wave or say hello. I’d especially like to shoutout Joseph, he is lovely to interact with and you can tell he cares about the tenants and the property. Also, with the heavy snowfall this winter, I was worried about the hills and roads in the complex. But Eagle Ridge has done a really nice job getting ahead of the weather and making sure the hills are safe and taken care of. Thanks for all you do.

  I have 0 complaints with the property or management and would recommend this to my friends and family. I’ve been here now for a year and have had no issues. The management has been very helpful when I needed help. The area itself is quiet and well maintained. Great property to stay in with helpful staff.
