  I have lived here for 2 years now. I love my apartment spacious and perfect amount of living space. The lobby and penthouse party room are amazing. Chelsea our manager has been doing a fantastic job trying to enforce rules and keep up with the needs of the building. Chelsea does montly fun events. My biggest con is the security is aweful. They do not have working cameras and the area near the shopping center is not safe. I have had to call the police several times for people who have tried to get into the building and several disturbances in the parking lot. The pool is shared with several AR communities. It is not a very big pool and several times have been over crowded. I am very disappointed in the security and the AR corporation to provide a gated secure building and there idea of sharing the pool with other communities. This is not ideal for residents of The Regency. There are several apartments smelling like weed that goes through the hallways. The building is non-smoking. This is not enforced well.

  We had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office staff. We found a one-bedroom apartment listed as available on three different websites. Before making the trip, we called the office to confirm that the apartment was available to view, and we were assured that it was. We drove nearly two hours from Ohio only to be told, upon arrival, that there was no apartment to show us and that the staff could simply print out the floor plan. We could have easily accessed the floor plan online ourselves—we certainly didn’t need to drive two hours just to receive a printed copy. The leasing agent was not helpful and did not provide accurate information, which resulted in a complete waste of our time. Before visiting, I had read a review mentioning that some people felt they were treated differently. While I can’t say for certain that was the case, our experience left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. It’s unfortunate because the property itself is beautiful, and we were genuinely interested in renting there. In fact, we were prepared to offer six months’ rent in advance. Unfortunately, our experience with the leasing office completely changed our minds. I hope management addresses these issues, as the professionalism of the office staff should reflect the quality of such a nice property.

  We have lived here going on our third year. We have Loved it here & our manager Chelsea. She goes above & beyond to help us. RECENTLY A/R has opened OUR POOL to ALL of there Buildings to come to our pool & now we can't enjoy our time at all here. We have to get up early if you want some free time because people show up with 6 to 8 or more people at a time. They have access to ENTER the building which is suppose to give us SECURITY. ( We have none at all with all these strangers being allowed to enter )WITH a Code)

  Finding a place that truly feels like Home is not always easy, but that is exactly what I have found at The Regency. From the moment I moved in I have been impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the property is. It is clear that a great deal of pride is taken and keeping this community looking it’s best. What makes this property truly special is its manager, Chelsea. She is one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She treats every residence with respect, patience and genuine kindness. No matter how busy she is, she always takes the time to listen and help. She consistently goes above and beyond what is expected of her and her dedication to the residence is evident every day

  Have loved living here the last year. Maintenance is always so nice and answers requests very fast. Everyone is always very nice and is respectful of fellow neighbors. Would definitely recommend living here.
