  We wish we could give more than a 5 star review. We absolutely love it here! This is our first townhouse living experience and we were slightly worried about sound bleed through, but you don’t hear your neighbors at all. There were a couple of very minor things we identified when we moved in such as a doorbell not working. It was fixed immediately. Justin, Crystal, Casey, and Mason are all incredible! So helpful in anything you need. We had a lot of questions, but they are truly great and hung in there to make sure we had all the information we needed. Super friendly area. We walk the neighborhood and see and talk to others walking each day. Could not be happier we chose this community!

  Justin is the head property manager. He is accomodating and easy to work with. He will go to bat for you for anything you need and always make it work to make. you happy!

  Lived here for a year. 0 complaints. Only had one issue and they handled it within 24 hours of bringing it to their attention. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The unit was in great shape and the other residents were super friendly making it really feel like home. Would highly recommend.

  The parking for the hybrids are absolutely awful. Paying $2000 where people who have reserved spots, who have 2-3 cars and don’t use their actual spots is insane. Not being able to park anywhere is insane when some of us don’t have a parking driveway/spot. I wish they would give EVERYONE a spot even if it’s in the parking lot too. We pay more than enough to be able to have that. Have a separate one for guests!!!! Ridiculous. Beyond frustrating

  Amazing staff. I’ve worked with all three of them and They each have made my move in process so easy and smooth. I’m excited to see how my time here goes as they have been so accommodating and on point. Maintenance is also great and shows up really quickly. Loving my time here so far.
