  Amazing staff. I’ve worked with all three of them and They each have made my move in process so easy and smooth. I’m excited to see how my time here goes as they have been so accommodating and on point. Maintenance is also great and shows up really quickly. Loving my time here so far.

  Great place to live! This is my first apartment and the staff has been the most helpful every step of the way. If there have been any issues where maintenance has been needed as well, they are very responsive and always do a good job fixing any request! Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. Also, you can’t beat the amenities here! If you are looking for a nice apartment in a good community, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

  My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year and a half now. Overall we have had a positive experience— the grounds are well maintained and it is a spacious apartment for a fair price. The gym, pool and amazon lockers are also nice amenities to have as a bonus, although we do miss the grills by the pool area!

  I have lived here for 4 years and it's the best place ever!!! It's a beautiful place , they keep everything so nice!! Our office staff and maintenance crew are all top notch!!! If you need anything, they are right there to take care of all your needs and wants.!! It's a great place to live!!! I have lived other places , but this is by far the best place all around!!!

  This is our second time living at Kennedy Highlands and if life hadn’t thrown us for a loop in 2022, we never would’ve left in the first place. We loved the apartments our first time leasing here and are really enjoying being at the hybrids across from the main office. Staff and maintenance are all great, they do a really good job clearing the snow and keeping things cleared in the winter. It’s a centralized location for both my husband and I to commute to work, as well as easy access to get to either of our parents. Plus we’re close to all of the Robinson shopping without being in the thick of things. We’re very happy to be back.
