  I lived here for about 5 years. I'll just talk about the apartment itself. The good: 1. Maintenance is fantastic. They will fix things quickly.. Just expect the HVAC to break for like a day or two in the summer and wait a day for it to be fixed. Luckily even if it breaks it doesn't get too extreme in the apartment. Overall, point in favor. 2. It's clean and well-maintained, more-so than pretty much any other apartment I've seen. Valet trash is convenient and helps keep the apartment nice. 3. The noise isn't really a problem. I'm not sure what other people are complaining about. It's an apartment. You live with people. It's no worse or better than any other. Talk with your neighbors if you have problems. Wear night time ear plugs. The Bad: Termination fees. If you want to terminate your lease - don't. It's not worth it. For one, they require you to give 2 months notice before terminating your lease, so you have to pay those two months of rent. In addition to that, I had to pay a $3800 termination fee ($1700 higher if you don't pay it before move out). This is ridiculous. I've never seen a fee that high. Their explanation is that it "is to make up for lost expense and looking for a new tenant". However... A new tenant moved in at most 15 days after I moved out. $3800, which is worth two months of rent, covered at most 15 days? That's highway robbery. There's no other way of looking at that. If you're forcing tenants to pay for 2 months of rent anyway to look for a new tenant, lower that fee or let them move out sooner. Or refund the previous tenant if you find a new one in a timely manner. You're pocketing this money and profiting off of terminations. Covering costs and fees is fine. This isn't. And the best part is, they even tacked on another $200 for "Lost rent due to period of repairs." I paid you $3800 already. Stop. This probably isn't even legal. Neutral - you need to know this They will also charge for any and all damages moving out. Treat the apartment well, clean up damages yourself, get charged less. The more you do yourself the better. Expect a bill regardless. And pet rent does not cover pet damages. It's just to cover their insurance and pet costs for the building. Expect to cover all pet damages yourself. Be prepared if you want to live here. The apartments themselves are quite nice, especially if you prefer suburbia. Just don't terminate your lease and know what they'll charge you for.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Kennedy Highlands. The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and the management team has always been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The move-in process was smooth, and any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff, I would definitely recommend Kennedy Highlands!

  My fiancé and I recently move here from out of state. We went with the townhouse here because of the overall process was so easy and Justin is extremely friendly and helpful! In the first few months being here any maintenance request has been taken care expeditiously. The maintenance team is extremely helpful and friendly as well. We are very pleased with our time here so far.

  I have lived in a townhouse at Kennedy Highlands for 5.5 years and ever since Justin has come in as property manager things have drastically improved. Mason has been here since Ive moved in and has always been amazing with maintenance and goes above and beyond which has remained consistent. But the entire office team over the past year or two since Justin has taken over just seems to be more on top of everything than I’ve ever experienced living here and I am so grateful. They are super responsive, friendly and it’s just obvious they care about making this a great place to live! ~Gina 😊

  We recently moved here from out of state, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful! Moving with a family, including two young kids, can be incredibly stressful, but the leasing office staff made the transition so much smoother. Since we couldn't be here in person initially, they were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with detailed pictures and videos of the place to help us make our decision. Now that we are settled in, we truly love the community and the excellent amenities. We feel incredibly happy and satisfied with our choice to call this place home. Highly recommend!
