I previously built with Ryan Homes during COVID and had a great experience, but Kelsey has truly gone above and beyond in every possible way. Her attention to detail, communication, and level of care are unmatched. She consistently reaches out with updates, questions, and clarifications, and whenever we have concerns or need answers, she responds incredibly quickly. Building a home can feel overwhelming, and there are so many decisions where it’s easy to second-guess yourself or overlook small details. Kelsey has been such a calming and reassuring presence, helping us feel confident every step of the way. If you’re even remotely considering building in Pinewood or feeling hesitant about the process, do yourself a favor and sit down with Kelsey to go over your options. You will immediately see why she stands out. We also cannot say enough great things about Luc as a project manager. He keeps us informed with updates as they happen, walks us through next steps, and clearly explains what work is coming next.
