  Just moved out of this place not long ago. I hope you like living in a dorm because the whole complex is taken up by Immaculata University students who throw parties till 2 AM every weekend. Good luck finding anywhere to park! You pay to park really inconveniently far, and potentially have to park illegally because they do not regulate anything! The maintenance “fix” things by turning them off or cleaning things off and expecting it to magically work. After seeing another review about this, the random heat that never seemed to shut off is real. We had to have our air conditioners on in the freaking winter! I moved to a bigger place and my PECO bill is a third of what it costs here. Beyond annoyed at the money wasted because their buildings have terrible temperature control. My friend lives in another building at this complex and has about 3-5 cockroaches a day found in her kitchen. They haven’t done anything about it. These are things I gathered in the last year of living there. I would run while you can!

  Matt D. here. I like the staff here, Nick is my now buddy and as are the other staff, and Nick is an excellent conversationalist. Really great guy!

  I had a very positive experience for the stay. Maintenance was quick. Easy pay but recently management changed and they try to add new ways to get money out of your pocket. Additional parking . We have vacated house on April and we had a referral amount that needs to be added to our account but they didn’t and delayed it on purpose. Tbh it’s even worst because we had to get over 1500 of our advance back and unfortunately no response at all. Tried mailing them… calling them and everything possible but they never provide proper response they will say check is initiated and it’s July we haven’t received any.

  Nice complex and very helpful staff. They offer short term leases. I was looking for an apartment for my son and got the keys in just 4 days. Corey Newman was amazing to work with
