  Worst construction quality, TB is just a brand name, using the cheapest contractors possible, I can hear my neighbors when they go up and down the stairs, whats worse, when my neighbors close there front door, my room shakes. Toll brother said it was normal, there sales team told me I would not hear anyone, pure lies. Sad to see they traded quality and trust for money. Lastly, read the HOA rules before you buy.
