Toll brothers home care is terrible . My garage door was dented and inspected by toll brothers managers three times immediately after settlement . Toll brothers acknowledged the damage and promised to replace the door . However ,the repair has not been completed since 6/16 . Now suddenly Toll changed the service plan they said top panel only will be replaced for brand new house and I made sure whole door would be replaced several times and construction manager said Yes . What is especially frustrating is that the Toll Brothers portal has twice been updated to indicate that the issue was “solved” even NO repair or NO replacement has been completed . Another funny thing This repair was scheduled on 8/24 and I rescheduled it and they said they are waiting my order .I’m very frustrated and honestly sick of having to repeatedly follow up on issues that Toll Brothers has already acknowledged and promised to address. My window has problem when I open and sub contractor never did this repair since settlement day but suddenly on portal it was completed falsely . After I bought a home from Toll brothers on June ,it felt like the gates of hell opened. I’m spending a lot time and energy in dealing with Toll Brothers.

The TB home care is worst. I have did my inspection and home care guy came to my house to see all the issues and raised the tickets. It’s been more than 2 weeks no action taken to the tickets. I emailed and called them But no response.
