- GSGeri Sink4 days ago4.0We spend four months each summer at Highlands, and it has been a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful, and the walking areas are a real pleasure to enjoy. The neighbors we have met have been kind, friendly, and gracious. The interior of our unit was newly updated before we moved in, with the exception of the kitchen cabinets, which could use a little refreshing, even if only with a fresh coat of paint. The maintenance team is excellent. The workers are respectful, respond promptly when contacted, and do their jobs well. Highlands offers many benefits to its residents, and the convenient location near the hospital, shopping, and downtown is a tremendous plus. Overall, Highlands is a wonderful place to live, and we are happy to spend our summers here.

The work done was perfect in my estimation and the Highlands serviceman's manner was friendly and polite. Don made my day!

- AAAvirSep 15, 20261.0I am disgusted by the professionalism of this place and how being gay had everything to do with it as I was starting my day off I over heard Audrey celica the leasing manger oversharing and gossiping to her fellow coworkers How she would never allow gay people to live on property and how they had to terminate one of there fellow employees for being gay during work hours to think I had already put in an application for this place due to one of my family members living on property but after hearing all of this and I myself identify as being gay I decided this wasn't a great fit for me who would have guessed the face of the company a homophobic who is mind u supposed to make everyone feel welcomed i will only say this once only God can judge me shame on all the employees who participated in this conversation with the leasing manger
