  Scott Faust recently handled the listing and sale of land. It involved 8 owners, only one was local and one was international. He did a fantastic job, listed it and sold it in a week. He was very professional and I would recommend him for any real estate needs.

  Working with Theresa was such a great experience! She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, personable and always available whenever I had questions or needed help, which made the entire home-buying process so much less stressful. She struck the perfect balance between being professional and also feeling like someone I honestly could have known my whole life. Our situation was a bit unique, (living 4 hours away from where we were looking to buy proved to be slightly challenging) and she was fully on board from the start, sending video walkthoughs of at least 5 properties in 3 different counties! She understood the assignment and was ready to navigate anything that came her way. I truly appreciate her dedication, flexibility, and positive attitude throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
