The maintenance takes forever to come and the dryer isn’t working no more and they still wouldn’t replace it. We have been going to the laundry mat with our own money to get our clothes dried and they won’t even compensate for that. It’s ridiculous.

Ticket also opened for Central AC was not fix , was told back in April the until inside the house is ok but the part on roof is not , Ac on for two days no change in temp therefore not working and trouble not resolved , multiple tickets open and email sent to office. Water leak ones again covered with paint to cover mold and damage to master bed room . Bathroom.
When going to rent apartment office staff nice and friendly until you move in and apartment needs something fixed .

Everything was very professional until I was declined. I emailed the agent directly and called 3 times, asking for a minute of her time so that I could ask her some questions, but she never answered again or responded to my email. She was very responsive when she thought I might be a sale for her though. I’m sure now that this just wasn’t where I’m supposed to live, and I have a strong feeling I dodged a bullet. Common courtesy used to actually be a thing!!

I do not recommend moving in here if you want a management team that gets issues solved. Since I moved in here my work order requests have been ignored or the maintenance comes in and doesn’t fix any of the problems. For example, since move in over a year and a half ago, there have been holes in the siding of our roof. Wasps have made their home in those holes making our balcony unusable. In fact, last summer FIVE separate wasps made their way into my home because every window screen is installed improperly and the window frames have cracks in them. We have sent multiple emails asking for this issue to be resolved and NEVER hear back from management. One of the lights in our kitchen constantly flickers and maintenance came in to change the bulbs but the issue continued. So we reached out to let them know we suspected a wiring issue. They said they came in to fix it, yet the light continues to flicker. And these are just the problems within the unit. The property itself is very poorly maintained with trash always scattered around, hallways of the building full of dirt and rarely cleaned, and the amenities not functional. The tennis court nets fell down well over a year ago and they have never been fixed even after requesting that they be. (are you noticing a theme here?) And as a last cherry on top, we just received an email that the pool will not be open by memorial day and with this management’s track record, I doubt it will open for weeks. All of these issues with a rent raise are absolutely absurd and I would not encourage anyone to move in here.
