  When I suddenly and unexpectedly found myself in need of estate sale services, I received a recommendation for Caring Transitions. And honestly, I couldn't be more thankful. Alex King and his team are fantastic to work with. They provided a managed, end-to-end solution for what started as a very unfamiliar and stressful situation. The estate sale and cleanup went smoothly. He checked with me as they found personal items that we missed in our own search (yearbooks, photos, legal documents, and so on). After the cleanout, Alex helped me sort out some repairs needed after the buyer's home inspection. And before we knew it, it was our closing date and the house was sold. If you now find yourself in this unfamiliar and stressful situation that I was in, you owe it to yourself to give Alex a call.

  I am responsible for an elderly family member whose home needed to be sold. I had been gradually packing, donating and getting rid of things over several years, however the process was getting bogged down with so many other things I had to take care of. Alex is a neighbor whom I had gotten to know through our neighborhood group. He offered his assistance as far as helping to get the home cleaned out and ready to put on the market if that's what I chose to do. I decided to ask for his assistance and he was amazing. He referred me to a small business that handles packing, selling, donating, etc. the items in the home and then cleaning up the home to prepare it to sell. That happened very efficiently and in a very short period of time. Alex then met with me to explain the process of listing and marketing the house. We had numerous offers the first day and he walked me through the process with ease. I felt very comfortable with the guidance he gave me which allowed me to make informed choices! Closing went smoothly and the relief I felt was so welcomed. I highly recommend Alex as someone who is caring, competent and trustworthy.

  Alex King helped me buy my new condo and sell my old house. Even in the midst of the pandemic, he helped keep me on track with both transactions and talked me through the difficult spots. Alex worked hard to get my house ready for showing, and we received an offer just a couple of days after the first Open House. I can not recommend him highly enough. He is good humored, well prepared, and ready to assist. If you are looking for a realtor who is as motivated as you are to bring your property to market and move it to new buyers, I would definitely recommend Alex to you!
