  I genuinely can’t see myself living anywhere else. I’ve lived at Indigo301 for almost three years now, and it’s been such a great experience. During my first year here, there was a leak in my ceiling that ended up damaging a small section of flooring in my apartment. Brad handled the situation incredibly well—he had the flooring in my entire unit replaced and upgraded to make things right, which I really appreciated. The community is consistently investing in upgrades to the amenities and shared spaces, so the property never feels dated. It’s also kept very clean. I’ve never had any issues with rodents or pests, which says a lot about how well the property is maintained. The only area where I think there’s room for improvement is the mailroom and package delivery system. I’m not a fan of being required to pay for a package delivery service subscription on top of my existing Prime membership. The mailroom has also become a bit of a headache, even after the new delivery service was introduced. I’m hopeful they’ll be able to improve that process soon. Overall, it’s still an easy 5 stars from me. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend Indigo301 to others.

  I strongly believe that they need to improve their customer service, staff at the leasing office has some attitude issue and do not provide proper information. They are taking advantage of location and treating people with ill mannered.

  Brad that works in the office is unjust to minority applicants & tenants. My car was keyed in the parking lot by a tenant. After it was repaired I used a car cover. Tenants continued to lift the cover to complain about if the car did or did not have a parking permit. The office was concerned about pleasing tenants instead of advising them it didn’t concern them. They have mice and if you want to be treated fairly find another residence.

  If you are unfortunate enough to have a problem that gets escalated to Brad, your issue simply ceases to exist because you will never get an answer. He completely lacks the basic problem-solving skills and responsiveness required to manage a building or resolve resident needs. The current leadership in the office makes living here a highly frustrating experience (there used to be some great, competent girls in the office, but they have all seemingly moved on.) Save yourself the headache and check out the PLENTY of other communities in the Town Center instead.
