  I really loved living here! My unit was basically in new condition when I moved in, and I never had a single issue during the entire time I lived there. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live!

  This is a nice apartment. They host events for the residents if you’re into a more community feel. They offer a little more square feet and nice layouts than others in the area. You pay $20 extra for package delivery but it’s delivered to your front door. At first I thought is this even worth it when I can just go get a package myself? This is 100% worth if you order heavy stuff from Wayfair like I do and don’t have to figure out a plan on getting it to your apartment. Since I’ve been here there are always people in the hallways cleaning and making sure the hallways and the building are well maintained. The trash room can be a mess but that isn’t a building problem that’s a RESIDENT PROBLEM. People should care about where they live enough to take care of it. Now one con is I can hear the person above me walking around all the time. But this doesn’t bother me. I have kids that are making noise all day so I don’t really notice it until they are sleep. And if that was going to bother me that much I would have moved into a house. When I’ve had questions in the office they were answered, Lana, Ethan and Brad whose helped me find a lost package and also helped me get one of my heavy packages onto a dolly before I knew how to use the packaging system are all fine with me. I stay to myself and don’t use any amenities but the golf simulator seems nice. If you want to be near the town center, mall, highway and have a community feel without the city. This is a good place to live.

  I had to leave a review... Everyone here is too nice to see some of these bad reviews. Look when people are pissed, they will make sure to let people know. I don't know what happened here but some seem a little unfair. I have lived at the Indigo for about a year. Its a big building, your experience IMO depends on your unit and location in the building. Package room is tough but any large building that I've lived in Amazon packages were always a mess. Amazon DGAF they just drag those bins and leave it. Parking lot is wild sometimes, sure. There are 100s of units. You get some knuckleheads no matter how good they try to keep them out. With that said its pretty well ran building. They are always cleaning. Cleaning crew always working on some part of building. Maintenance team is awesome. Super friendly. Bill, Matt, Max always friendly and willing to help. I had issues with a unit and they did everything they could to fix it. Super appreciative of their efforts. Brad and Lana are great. Very helpful. They always have events, which is cool. They don't need to. Food trucks popups. Brad has been here for a long time which I like because he knows the property very well. Is it perfect no but what is? Its a complex with 100s if not a 1000 people lots of common spaces so yea there will be issues every now and then but I blame tenants for being selfish and not considerate for their neighbors and community. I cant recommend Indigo 301 enough!

  had worst experience with the leasing office & it's manager, they don't even bother to listen to your issue & will take forever to solve anything, every issue goes to Brad the leasing manager & he doesn't even know how to listen or even talk about the issue, my experience with him was really frustrating & he was really mean throughout the process, it's literally a worst place to live, wish I could give 0 stars

  The management company Greystar is the devil and a predatory company that only cares for their own self interests and profits. Beware of renting from any property that is owned or managed by Greystar. They hide fine print language in their application process that they make you sign to submit an application for an apartment. They label it as a $500 refundable security deposit. If a lease is not executed/signed or an application is withdrawn, they will not refund the security deposit (which on the surface they display to you as refundable) and they will revert back to hidden fine print language that they made you sign to submit the application. They will also use deceptive business practices, labeling the charge as a refundable security deposit and will only tell you after the fact that it’s holding deposit. You have been warned.
