  had worst experience with the leasing office & it's manager, they don't even bother to listen to your issue & will take forever to solve anything, every issue goes to Brad the leasing manager & he doesn't even know how to listen or even talk about the issue, my experience with him was really frustrating & he was really mean throughout the process, it's literally a worst place to live, wish I could give 0 stars

  The management company Greystar is the devil and a predatory company that only cares for their own self interests and profits. Beware of renting from any property that is owned or managed by Greystar. They hide fine print language in their application process that they make you sign to submit an application for an apartment. They label it as a $500 refundable security deposit. If a lease is not executed/signed or an application is withdrawn, they will not refund the security deposit (which on the surface they display to you as refundable) and they will revert back to hidden fine print language that they made you sign to submit the application. They will also use deceptive business practices, labeling the charge as a refundable security deposit and will only tell you after the fact that it’s holding deposit. You have been warned.

  Not really quiet. I work from home. Everytime someone moved they fixed the apt and are very very loud. They don’t even notify you or letting you know in advance and when You contact to the office they say is not really on their hands. Not a good environment, if you work from home and need a quiet space look somewhere else honestly. It is painful living in here

  I genuinely can’t see myself living anywhere else. I’ve lived at Indigo301 for almost three years now, and it’s been such a great experience. During my first year here, there was a leak in my ceiling that ended up damaging a small section of flooring in my apartment. Brad handled the situation incredibly well—he had the flooring in my entire unit replaced and upgraded to make things right, which I really appreciated. The community is consistently investing in upgrades to the amenities and shared spaces, so the property never feels dated. It’s also kept very clean. I’ve never had any issues with rodents or pests, which says a lot about how well the property is maintained. The only area where I think there’s room for improvement is the mailroom and package delivery system. I’m not a fan of being required to pay for a package delivery service subscription on top of my existing Prime membership. The mailroom has also become a bit of a headache, even after the new delivery service was introduced. I’m hopeful they’ll be able to improve that process soon. Overall, it’s still an easy 5 stars from me. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend Indigo301 to others.

  I strongly believe that they need to improve their customer service, staff at the leasing office has some attitude issue and do not provide proper information. They are taking advantage of location and treating people with ill mannered.
