  Absolutely unacceptable building management. On 6/9, management was notified that the building's hallway lights were out, the emergency lighting was not functioning, and the fire alarm system was not working. As of today, nothing has been done. Residents are living in a building with no hallway lights, no emergency lighting, and no functioning fire alarm system. This is not just an inconvenience—it's a serious safety hazard. In the event of an emergency, tenants could be left in complete darkness with no warning system in place. What's even more concerning is that this is not the first time something like this has happened. There have been repeated issues in this building and numerous problems caused by the company's incompetent employees and lack of proper management. Time and time again, serious concerns are ignored, repairs are delayed, and tenant safety is treated as an afterthought. The complete lack of urgency and disregard for tenant safety is shocking. Property management companies have a basic responsibility to maintain safe living conditions, and this company has repeatedly failed to do so. Neglecting critical life-safety systems for weeks after being notified is reckless, negligent, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting in a building managed by this company to think twice. If management cannot handle basic safety issues like lighting and fire protection systems, what else are they failing to maintain? I would love to post photos and videos of the conditions in this building, but it's literally pitch black in the hallways—there's nothing to see because there are no lights. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how this property is being managed.

  Working with Mid-Atlantic and our Community Manager has been a real eye-opener for me. The professionalism and efficiency we receive are excellent. No one is perfect, but our CM is close!

  Associa is an excellent HOA management company. Their personnel are knowledgeable and professional and familiar with the rules and regs of our community. They work closely with our Board of Directors and provide great value for the monthly fee. Their website is comprehensive providing information on residents, finance, rules&regs and community announcements, all at your fingertips.

  Our HOA has been working with Associa since Spring 2025 and everything has greatly improved from financial reports to maintenance inspections to resident communications. We have an amazing community manager (Raquel) who is a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond for our community every day. And when she says she will take care of something, she will do it. It has been such a huge relief working with her as our previous management company continuously dropped the ball and all of the work was falling on our Board of Directors. Many of my neighbors have shared with me that they are very happy with Associa and Raquel as well. And their portal "TownSq" is very easy to use and allows residents to submit questions and architectural requests. In addition, Raquel helped us achieve "Gold Star" community status which we have not had in over 12 years. Thank you Raquel for all you do for us!

  I am a homeowner at Westover Crossing. I recently received a fine for a violation and I am not happy by the way it was handled and here's why. 1) The HOA issued me a fine for a violation and did not give me a personal warning. They said the warning was given through a mass email to all residents(. I dont have time to read every single email as my inbox gets flood with them daily) I explained this to them and hoped they could have just give me a personal warning which they denied. I would have been happy to fix the issue immediately. 2) When they initially contacted me they did not include photos of the violation and did not say I had right to appeal. They fined me immediately despite this ... I had to follow up with them for this information which they later provided for both. In my opinion this should have been provided in their initial message to me. 3)Additionally they were very descriptive in what their violation was but the photo they later provided did not match everything. The description they provided should match everything in the photo. *** Update*** i reached out to the email address listed in my comment 2 weeks ago and nobody responded. Whats the point on writing that if you wont respond.
