  I am a homeowner at Westover Crossing. I recently received a fine for a violation and I am not happy by the way it was handled and here's why. 1) The HOA issued me a fine for a violation and did not give me a personal warning. They said the warning was given through a mass email to all residents(. I dont have time to read every single email as my inbox gets flood with them daily) I explained this to them and hoped they could have just give me a personal warning which they denied. I would have been happy to fix the issue immediately. 2) When they initially contacted me they did not include photos of the violation and did not say I had right to appeal. They fined me immediately despite this ... I had to follow up with them for this information which they later provided for both. In my opinion this should have been provided in their initial message to me. 3)Additionally they were very descriptive in what their violation was but the photo they later provided did not match everything. The description they provided should match everything in the photo.

  Rating reflects an unacceptable and unexplainable delay in the process to have routine architectural requests approved. Total time for approval was 17 days to have a roof reshingled. We missed our window for timely scheduling with our contractor and now incur delays for a simple request. This is not a one-time occurrence, since our last request took 22 business days for approval. I would expect for the substantial dues we pay there would be a more timely and efficient solution administered by the HOA. The administrative team is exceptionally responsive and friendly, so this rating is not reflective of their role.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jo for her outstanding work with our community. She is incredibly responsive, professional, and always approach every request with a solution-oriented mindset. It is clear she truly cares about the upkeep and harmony of our neighborhood. We are lucky to have such a dedicated professional on our side.

  I would strongly advise any new communities considering an HOA management company to avoid this one. Our community is managed by Ty Slater and Ellyssa Aureus, and ongoing issues are not being resolved. We are repeatedly given conflicting or inaccurate information, and tickets submitted through the Town Square app are marked as “read” and closed without any action being taken. Communication is consistently poor, and follow-through is almost nonexistent. I have asked to escalate these issues to someone above them and was told there is no one higher up, which is very concerning and explains why problems continue unresolved. Basic services are not being completed in a timely manner, yet residents are still expected to pay in full. This has created unnecessary frustration and safety concerns within the community. If you are considering hiring this company, proceed with caution. Our experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

  The NIGHTMARE still continues! Was told that a 2nd “EMERGENCY “ check would be cut today Monday February 9th on or after 3:30PM. Nothing but crickets. We are now 132 days from being charged for HOA after the house was sold. WORST experience I ever had dealing with ANY management company! From October 1st until February 1st was told that "a new check is in the mail" three times. On February 4th they had to cut me an "Emergency" check and made it out incorrectly. NIGHTMARE Company, if you do not have to work with them, I strongly advise that you do not! PS. I had to highlight one star in order to post otherwise I would have selected a negative star if it was an option.
