She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We sold our house much faster that we expected and were able to get excellent offers. I would highly recommend her to any friends or family members looking to buy or sell in the area, and I would happily work with Renee again in the future.
- ADAnthony DamarioAug 19, 20201.0Extremely disappointed with how Carol Gillespie handled us trying to buy a home. We looked at the house, put an offer in, she claimed the homeowner didn't respond. Yet when I followed up with her she told me that the homeowner was fixing up the issues with the house that we noticed, and told me our offer was not going to "cut it." Not so much as a counter offer or anything which leads us to believe that she didn't even give the homeowner an offer. She is extremely shady and not doing her job correctly, probably just trying to get a higher commission. I will not be using a realtor from Quinn & Wilson again.
